ALERT: DEMAND THAT U.S. SENATORS FILIBUSTER ELENA KAGAN

SaveCalifornia.com provides the commentary below solely for educational purposes and does not support support or oppose candidates.

I’m justifiably angry that the very liberal Elena Kagan, who opposes relying on the written Constitution and the original writings of the founding fathers in composing our Constitution, has been confirmed by the Senate Judiciary Committee. She is a liberal political activist of the worst kind.

It looks like Kagan’s going to be a Supreme Court judge to rule over us for 30 to 40 years. This is what a Democrat-run Senate does. But it’s also what happens when Republican senators are self-centered and don’t fight for families.

Some conservatives get angrier when Democrats push their immoral policies, and some conservatives get angrier when Republicans don’t do their jobs. Both have occurred – ker-splat! — in the Elena Kagan fiasco.

Prior to the Kagan confirmation vote, SaveCalifornia.com spoke out , joining a handful of small pro-family activist organizations who were frustrated with how Senate Republicans and large, national pro-family organizations seemed to be solely focusing on how bad Kagan is, and why she should be voted against. Republican senators didn’t seem to be focusing on how they could win – how Kagan could actually be stopped in committee — and national pro-family groups weren’t holding Republican committee members accountable.

REFUSING TO SHOOT TO KILL

It’s like an armed robber who breaks into a house at night. The homeowners are gun owners and the husband, with a cocked, laser-beam-sited, large-caliber gun in his hands, has the element of surprise over the dangerous intruder. They fear for their lives. But now, imagine that instead of shooting the bad guy, the homeowner turns on bright lights, and starts lecturing him about how he shouldn’t break into houses, how he should get a job instead; bottom line, he refuses to point and shoot to kill, as if words were enough. If you were the wife of such a man, you would be both angry and scared out of your wits, completely let down and utterly unprotected from the worst that was yet to come.

This paints the picture of what the Republican senators on the Judiciary Committee didn’t do. They didn’t use the power they had to stop their mortal enemy, Elena Kagan. According to the official rules of the committee, two minority committee members must be present in order to establish a quorum and do any committee business.

Even though “Republican” Lindsey Graham — who seems to enjoy helping liberals harm pro-family citizens — showed up ready to vote “yes,” if the six other Republicans had stayed away from committee, and not even shown up, the Kagan nomination would have been derailed and bottled up indefinitely.

Don’t believe it? See the official rules as posted on the Senate Judiciary Committee’s website. Rule IV means a nomination can be stopped if a Republican objects and no Republican votes to override that objection. Rule III means even if there’s a Republican sell-out (such as Lindsey Graham), the rest of the Republican members can still derail a nomination if they refuse to show up and register their attendance.

III. QUORUMS

1. Six Members of the Committee, actually present, shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of discussing business. Eight Members of the Committee, including at least two Members of the minority, shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting business. No bill, matter, or nomination shall be ordered reported from the Committee, however, unless a majority of the Committee is actually present at the time such action is taken and a majority of those present support the action taken.

IV. BRINGING A MATTER TO A VOTE

The Chairman shall entertain a non-debatable motion to bring a matter before the Committee to a vote. If there is objection to bring the matter to a vote without further debate, a roll call vote of the Committee shall be taken, and debate shall be terminated if the motion to bring the matter to a vote without further debate passes with ten votes in the affirmative, one of which must be cast by the minority.

WHY THE COWARDICE?

The halls of Congress are the zenith of worldly desires for power, position, fame, self-idolatry, self-seeking, and people-pleasing comfort. With free staff that treats you like a little prince or princess, and people high and low calling you “Senator” or “Congressman,” having this exalted position reinforces earthly desires that are the opposite of serving others and suffering for righteousness.

When Democrat after Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee thanked Jeff Sessions, the ranking Republican, for conducting “respectful,” “fair,” and “even-handed” hearings on Elena Kagan, the Democrats were basically thanking Sessions for “playing nice” instead of having the stomach to “go to war” to kill Kagan’s nomination, as the rules allowed.

Love is not necessarily “nice,” because loving hundreds of millions of innocent people enough to go to war never pleases your enemies or bystanders who only recognize “soft love” but never “tough love.” Instead of playing “nice,” Republicans, led by Jeff Sessions, could have boycotted the committee and indefinitely derailed Kagan’s nomination. It would have been a glorious fuss, and a worthy price to pay to stop an enemy of the written Constitution. But they didn’t want to suffer or to endure opposition from their peers, so they let Kagan slip through their grasp.

What can be done to fix this problem? Short-term, pro-family Republicans must change their minds and sincerely want to stop Elena Kagan. They must dedicate themselves to mount a lengthy, productive filibuster, but unfortunately, that can be cut off with 60 votes, and there are already 60 Kagan supporters on the Senate floor.

Long-term, pro-family citizens and their children and grandchildren need much better Republicans (or more independents or members of other political parties), who are motivated to run for public office because they want to do good, fight evil, and suffer for Jesus Christ — not because they like the money or fame or attention. And they must be tested beforehand to discover whether they are true or false, strong or weak. Because the self-serving Republicans choked in this, the hour to stop the wicked Democrats’ relentless assault against the written Constitution.

He appointed judges throughout the nation in all the fortified towns, and he said to them, “Always think carefully before pronouncing judgment. Remember that you do not judge to please people but to please the Lord. He will be with you when you render the verdict in each case. Fear the Lord and judge with integrity, for the Lord our God does not tolerate perverted justice, partiality, or the taking of bribes.”

An analysis of the retirement of California Chief Justice Ron George
by SaveCalifornia.com President Randy Thomasson

Morally-liberal and a judicial activist at heart and in practice, Ron George, the chief justice of the California Supreme Court, has announced he won’t run for reelection in November.

George’s bowing out means the only Supreme Court justice on the November ballot is Carlos Moreno, a Gray Davis appointee who is even more to the left. Moreno officiated at homosexual weddings and was the only judge who voted to overturn Prop. 8 after it became part of the California Constitution. (SaveCalifornia.com provides this solely for educational purposes and does not support or oppose candidates.)

How will Ron George be remembered? Pro-family conservatives cannot forget that Ron George is a judicial activist who doesn’t care much about the written California Constitution.

In May 2008, George authored the infamous 4 to 3 decision inventing homosexual “marriages.” George based his ruling on the “equal protection” clause of Article 1, Section 7 of the California Constitution, which mirrors the post-Civil War 14th Amendment guaranteeing to black former slaves all the legal rights afforded white freemen.

But “equal protection” mean the laws must give equal opportunity to individuals no matter their race, not their behavior. Yet Ron George broke his pledge to defend the written California Constitution when he opined that couples (different from individuals) who are “gay or lesbian” (not in the Constitution) have the right to marriage licenses (which were not in the Constitution until Prop. 8 passed in Nov. 2008).

You see, Ron George lets his own beliefs trump his boss, which is the California Constitution. He invented homosexual “marriages” because he personally believes some people are born homosexuals (there is zero scientific evidence for this) just like some people are born black:

But as he read the legal arguments, the 68-year-old moderate Republican was drawn by memory to a long ago trip he made with his European immigrant parents through the American South. There, the signs warning “No Negro” or “No colored” left “quite an indelible impression on me,” he recalled in a wide-ranging interview Friday. “I think,” he concluded, “there are times when doing the right thing means not playing it safe.”
(Source: Los Angeles Times, May 18, 2008)

But that’s not all. Don’t forget 1997, when Ron George authored the 4 to 3 ruling striking down California state law requiring parental consent for a minor’s abortion. This was scandalous. After a pro-life justice retired, George led the charge to vacate the court’s earlier 4 to 3 ruling that had actually upheld the parental consent law. Gov. Pete Wilson had appointed the pro-abortion Ming Chin, and George took full opportunity to kill more babies.

In his horrible ruling, George hearkened back to his predecessor, Rose Bird, who had redefined the paperwork privacy clause in the California Constitution to somehow mean a teenager’s right to a tax-funded abortion. George expanded this unconstitutional “case law” to say that parents have absolutely no right to know about or to stop an abortion on their pre-teen and teen daughters.

Wait, there’s more. Ron George participated in several other bad rulings that violated the strict reading of the California Constitution or rulings that had nothing to do with the Constitution: requiring rental property owners to kill off their religious values and rent their own property to unmarried, fornicating couples (1996); inventing homosexual “second parent” adoptions (2003); forcing businesses that offer marriage benefits to the public to offer the same to homosexual couples (2005); and squashing the religious freedom of doctors who don’t want to artificially inseminate homosexuals (2008).

Who will replace Ron George on the Supreme Court? Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will nominate a replacement for George, whose final day on the bench will be Jan. 2, 2011. That nomination will go on this year’s November ballot.

Article 6, Section 16 of the California Constitution says if a justice does not seek reelection, “the governor, before September 16, shall nominate a candidate.” That candidate will then stand for election “at the next general election,” i.e., Nov. 2, 2010. So if you like Schwarzenegger’s pick, you can vote yes; if you don’t like the nominee, you can vote no, and the next governor will do the nominating.

My take? Since Republican governors Ronald Reagan, George Deukmejian and Pete Wilson all nominated or elevated Ron George at one time or another, you can’t trust anyone to put judges on courts unless both the appointer and the appointee both swear to abide solely by the WRITTEN Constitution and its original intent, not what governors or judges think it should say.

“…the judiciary, from the nature of its functions, will always be the least dangerous to the political rights of the Constitution; because it will be least in a capacity to annoy or injure them. The Executive not only dispenses the honors, but holds the sword of the community. The legislature not only commands the purse, but prescribes the rules by which the duties and rights of every citizen are to be regulated. The judiciary, on the contrary, has no influence over either the sword or the purse; no direction either of the strength or of the wealth of the society; and can take no active resolution whatever. It may truly be said to have neither force nor will, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments.”

As I walked to the west steps of the State Capitol July 7 to watch the black pastors’ news conference against marijuana legalization, it was like hearing a powerful worship meeting in process. “Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!” sang a man at the podium, backed up by 20+ ministers. The un-colorblind media in attendance would never call them the religious right.

Watch the TV news report

What’s going on here? A long time ago, fatherlessness infected the black community, along with the irresponsible mindset furnished by government welfare. All that pain and sin was powerful fuel for marijuana addiction, now an epidemic among black teens and young adults.

Led by Dr. Ron Allen, head of the International Faith-Based Coalition, these pastors blasted Prop. 19, which would legalize marijuana up and down California. They also called for the resignation of Alice Huffman, the pro-pot head of the California chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

Huffman is a liberal’s liberal. Notorious in California politics, Huffman was a former legislative aide to ultraliberal Democrat Maxine Waters (now in Congress) and doubled as president of the Black American Political Association of California, an organization founded by Willie Brown, the infamous “Ayatollah of the Assembly.” In 1984, Huffman became political director of the biggest, baddest government union in the state, the California Teachers Association.

In 2005, Huffman put the California NAACP on record in favor of homosexual ”marriage” legislation. That same year, she was the grand marshall of San Diego’s “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender pride parade.” So it’s no surprise that Huffman has put the NAACP down for Prop. 19, which would legalize pot “possession and cultivation” statewide.

WHY POT LEGALIZATION IS A BAD IDEA

1. According to the American Lung Association, there is 50-70% more cancer-causing material in marijuana smoke than in cigarette smoke. In fact, marijuana smoke contains more than 400 chemicals. Marijuana is more harmful to the lungs than cigarettes.
2. Sixty percent of teens in drug treatment centers report marijuana as their #1 addiction.
3. Teens and young adults who regularly smoke pot are at risk of developing brain abnormalities.
4. Legalizing marijuana means teen pot usage will match, even exceed, teen alcohol usage.
5. Adolescents who smoke pot are 85 times more likely to use cocaine than their non–pot smoking peers. And 60 percent of youngsters who use marijuana before they turn 15 later go on to use cocaine.
6. Legalizing pot means it will be sold in your local grocery store, purchased by 21-year-olds who will then give it or sell it to teenagers.
7. Legalizing marijuana will dramatically increase “drugged driving” and fatal car accidents.
8. Legalizing pot will allow drug cartels to grow marijuana in large-scale operations on thousands of acres of California farmland.
9. More violent crime will result as drug cartels invest heavily in marijuana fields and dramatically increase their power.
10. Legalizing marijuana will make it impossible for employers to enforce drug-free workplace rules.

Not yet convinced that legalizing marijuana is a terrible idea? Watch Lei Green, 32, a single mother of seven, talk about how marijuana led her on a road to destruction.

Don’t fill yourself up with wine.
Getting drunk will lead to wild living.
Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit.

With America’s Christian values seeming to erode wherever you turn, we must be honest about our own unpatriotic values. Will you join me in admitting that you look forward to food and friends and fun on July 4th more than you want to thank God and rehear the patriotic sayings of our founding fathers on Independence Day?

Yes, it’s taken only 234 years since 1776 for our minds to become clouded and our senses to become dulled. For whenever deeply rich, real and precious things are replaced with more pleasurable substitutes and fantasies, these counterfeits secretly rule our hearts, minds and souls. Yes, the strong materialistic pull of our “me first” culture affects even conservative, pro-family folks!

Do you want America to return to its moral excellence and again be “one nation under God?” Do you want to extinguish all counterfeits, ignorance, and useless frivolity regarding America’s past, present and future? Do you want to “walk in the Spirit” so that you don’t “fulfill the lust of the flesh” (Galatians 5:16)?

If you want to experience a real Independence Day, please take some time to rediscover the treasure chest of truth about the Christian roots of the United States of America. For there is both great purpose and tangible benefits of being an American!

So before you attend a Fourth of July picnic, please digest this and plan to share it with others. As a result, you and they will become better and our country has a chance to become better too:

“It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forevermore.”
She’s denying that she tried to kick military recruiters off the campus of Harvard Law School, when she did. She’s as liberal and make-up-the-law-as-you-go as Obama’s Appeals Court nominee Goodwin Liu, but this week is distancing herself from him. She won’t give simple “yes or no” answers but instead is behaving like a professional liar as she artfully doesn’t answer question after question. For lying under oath, she should be held in contempt of Congress.

But what’s worse is that Republican Senators are letting Kagan get away with it. They are being much too polite in the hearings, not not demanding “yes or no” answers, not calling her the liar she is, and not promising to oppose her with everything they’ve got. Consider the demand for specific answers from corporate leaders who’ve testified before Congress!

Instead of handling Kagan with kid gloves, Republican senators on the Judiciary Committee ought to be pounding away at her liberal philosophy, liberal past policies, and her refusal to adhere to the WRITTEN U.S. Constitution. More importantly, Republicans ought to publicly call her a liar for testifying falsely and then announce they’ll LEAD A FILIBUSTER on the floor. A filibuster is the only way to STOP KAGAN from getting on the high court where this liberal judicial activist, approved by Barack Obama and the congressional Democrats, will RULE OVER US ALL FOR THE NEXT 30-40 YEARS.

SaveCalifornia.com provides the following solely for educational purposes. SaveCalifornia.com does not support or oppose candidates for public office.

Why did Republican voters in California choose an advocate for taxpayer-funded abortions and homosexual adoptions as their nominee for Governor?

Why did Republicans also choose a tax-hiker and “Harvey Milk Gay Day” supporter as their nominee for Lt. Governor?

Why did solid conservatives who were electable, such as Chuck DeVore for U.S. Senate and John Eastman for Attorney General, lose on Tuesday?

And why did Prop. 14, which eliminated the party primary system and will result in more liberal Republicans being elected in conservative districts, win handily?

Here’s why. These days, more California voters — even those who are registered Republicans – seem to trust more in their emotions than evidence, and are uneducated on good morals and the requirements of good government. When faced with viable candidates, they vote on personality and image more than policies and principles.

IGNORANCE AND APATHY

Do more people not know or not care about government and societal problems that need fixing? I used to be divided in my answer, saying some people “didn’t know” and others “didn’t care.” But today in our internet age, people can find information if they want it. Voters could have found where viable (electable) candidates stood on moral, family and social issues at SaveCalifornia.com or by doing web searches. But apparently, not enough cared to look. That’s why mega-millions spent on campaigning are more influential than the candidates’ verifiable policy positions, like Chuck DeVore kept talking about.

WISE OR FOOLISH?

It’s hard to fool a wise person. But it’s easy to fool a fool. So if lies are told by candidates, they bounce away from a wise person because he knows the difference and tests the information before buying it. But a foolish person eats whatever he’s given, as long as it smells good, looks good and feels initially good.

DUMBED-DOWN VOTERS

Elections used to be about what kind of government we would get. Now I think elections are more about what kind of people we are.

Hear me on this. Most voters went to government schools where knowledge of the written United States and California Constitutions are NOT taught. Nor are the historical Christian convictions of our founding fathers and the Judeo-Christian foundation of the U.S. Constitution. Instead, most government school graduates are taught that God should be kept in the closet, that evolution is fact, and that feelings are as important, as or even more important, than hard facts (which is why some school districts don’t even give A-F grades anymore). Ignorance makes people easy prey.

VOTING ACCORDING TO YOUR SENSES

Add to this the self-centered entertainment culture, which has been trying to teach everyone in America to go with their feelings and with their “right” to do anything. This hedonistic mindset is why California voters are not as virtuous or morally principled as they used to be. Foolish feelings reign now, and the only wisdom will come from either spiritual repentance or painful lessons. We’ve slid a long way since 1969 when Frank Sinatra popularized the notion of doing everything “my way.”

And with most pro-family Californians either unwilling or untrained to volunteer or donate to political candidates, it’s the big-money candidates who have personal funds or are bankrolled by the obscenely wealthy government unions that most often win. By making the multi-million-dollar ad buys, these big-moneyed candidates can “connect” with voters and infuse them with certain thoughts and feelings. It’s a winning combination that promotes a certain type of idolatry as voters “bond” with candidates and remain loyal to them. Again, feelings rule!

A SERIOUS CALL TO CHANGE DIRECTION

What can be done to reverse this harmful trend? What can be done to save our culture by making truth more popular than lies?

Here are five courageous and effective projects for pro-family citizens to shine much more light in our culture, which the darkness currently dominates:

1. REPENT FROM IDOLATRY: Stop emotionally worshipping candidates. I heard from a pro-family conservative woman who glowed about meeting “Meg” and disbelieved SaveCalifornia.com’s factual report that Meg Whitman, like Jerry Brown, supports state taxpayer-funded abortions without limit. Finally she believed when she saw Whitman’s own statements on our website. She thanked us for “clearing up some matters,” for making her go “just a bit deeper,” and ended by saying she would work to “beat this woman.” But there were millions of pro-family voters who swooned like they did for Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2003. Resolve to never vote for personality or image or race or sex, but for policy and principles that are right and can win.

2. RESCUE AND TEACH YOUR CHILDREN: In order for there to be hope for the future, parents and grandparents must teach their children and grandchildren good morals and good citizenship. Today, the main influence upon the minds and hearts of children is government schools, with dumbed-down academics, political correctness, anti-God and anti-morality sentiments, negative peer pressure and now even hints of socialistic teaching. Public schools these days don’t teach the Christian foundation of our government, which is why many voters today support immorality and socialism. The best thing parents and grandparents can do for their children and grandchildren is to permanently remove them from the government school system so they can develop good character, critical thinking and learn to stand for truth. Learn how at RescueYourChild.com.

3. PERSUADE THE PUBLIC: Get educated on good, moral government and the arguments for it, and then start educating others by calling talk radio and writing on web sites run by newspapers and TV stations. Read “10 Ways to Impact Your Local Media.”

4. START A “LOCAL ARMY”: Who is going to win elections in your city, county and state? For your values to win, you need to build a pro-family “local army” to battle the money and volunteers on the other side. You need a working group to educate and motivate an even larger group (the voters in your community) to vote for your values. Read “10 Ways to Build a Pro-Family Army.”

5. EDUCATE YOUR CHURCH: If you have a church, give your pastor books and videos about good government, voters’ duties, and what voters should fight for. Use resources here and here.

“No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily subdued, when knowledge is diffused and Virtue is preserved. On the Contrary, when People are universally ignorant, and debauched in their Manners, they will sink under their own weight without the Aid of foreign Invaders.”

Let me quickly update you on the State Capitol battle over Prop. 8, why “Harvey Milk Gay Day” for children is just the tip of the iceberg of sexual indoctrination, and why you should visit SaveCalifornia.com’s Election Center.

SB 906

We’ve been telling you about SB 906, which intends to pave the way for the future legalization of homosexual “marriages.” If SB 906 becomes law, “LGBTQ” activists will say this means letting “any two people” get married doesn’t threaten religious freedom. But that’s not true — redefining marriage would mean further trampling the dearly-held values of religious business owners and parents of children in public schools.
View Tuesday’s TV news report on SB 906

Thursday’s anticipated vote on the floor of the California Senate didn’t happen, since the senators decided to make it a “check-in” session, where they show up for a couple of minutes to qualify for their $141.86 “per diem” money, and go home. This means Monday afternoon is the next possible floor vote on SB 906.

Keep emailing and calling against SB 906 | About per diem

Who’s sponsoring and supporting SB 906?

Harvey Milk Gay Day

The “celebration” of homosexual activist Harvey Milk will hit its high point today and Saturday.

Today, aggressive liberal teachers in California are expected to tell children that Milk was admirable, when he was actually a teen predator, sexual anarchist, public liar, and an aggressive devotee of deadly cultist Jim Jones.

Tomorrow, Milk’s birthday, at the State Capitol in Sacramento, “LGBTQ” activists and their supporters will rally for the media. Throughout the state there will be special showings of the part-fiction movie “Milk,” starring Sean Penn. Nationwide, some 26 cities in 20 states will hold events to honor Harvey Milk.

This is just the beginning of this new, blatant and perverse indoctrination of children via Harvey Milk Gay Day. “Milk Day” is designed to teach children they may be homosexual, bisexual or transsexual, and that they should support political activism to destroy marriage and family and religious opposition to the harmful “LGBTQ” agenda. It will increase even more next year, and then Harvey Milk’s indoctrination will manifest in many more government schools in 2012 when May 22 finally falls on a school day, Monday.

Parents and grandparents, I plead with you to rescue your children and grandchildren from immoral education and awful peer pressure. Harvey Milk Gay Day is just one of 6 school sexual indoctrination measures passes in the last several years. And there’s a raft of other pressing reasons to save children from government-run schools.

Visit the Election Center

With a little more than two weeks until Election Day, it’s important to study the propositions and the candidates. Don’t let yourself be paralyzed by lack of knowledge. SaveCalifornia.com’s Election Center will help you vote with confidence. Enter the Election Center

Even though the pro-homosexuality, pro-abortion Democrats control the California State Senate, a bill undermining Prop. 8 still has not come up for a vote. I’ve got to wonder if the emails people have been sending through SaveCalifornia.com are part of the reason.

SB 906, which redundantly repeats the First Amendment’s religious freedom guarantee that pastors don’t have to officiate for any marriage they oppose, attempts to trick California voters into thinking that homosexual “marriages” won’t harm religious freedom.

But of course “gay and lesbian marriages” will trump other people’s fundamental rights, as the gay-marriage hammer is used in lawsuits against moral business owners, property owners, state contractors, and non-church religious organizations. Not to mention being taught as the norm to impressionable children in government schools. The whole reason behind SB 906 is to make it easier to legalize homosexual “marriage” licenses on the 2012 ballot.

We know that the emails being sent to the State Capitol by pro-family Californians, which state “SB 906 intends to pave the way for same-sex ‘marriages’ on a future ballot,” are being noticed. See this except from the reply of Senate President pro Tem Darrell Steinberg:

Thank you for your recent communication in opposition to SB 906 (Leno). This bill would protect religious freedom by reaffirming the separation of church and state where marriage is concerned. As I understand it, you oppose this bill on the grounds that it would pave the way to allowing the state to legalize same-sex marriage. I appreciate hearing from you on this important issue.

Irrespective of whether SB 906 would have the effect you describe, I am a strong supporter of peoples’ right to marry regardless of sexual orientation…

Despite the support of the Senate’s liberal leader, the floor vote on SB 906 has been delayed for more than a month. Maybe in this election year, some Democrats want to avoid seeming anti-voter. Or maybe some homosexual activists won’t support anything that purports to support religious freedom. Or maybe the Democrat senators are waiting for opposition from pro-family citizens to die down before passing SB 906 in a couple of weeks.

ACTION: Whatever the reason for the delay, don’t hesitate to do your part to win! Now is your window of opportunity. Please send our prewritten email to Sacramento – even if you’ve already sent it before – and forward this message to all your friends to urge them to do the same.

Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure,
for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.
