‘Harvey Milk Gay Day’ could pass soon, write Schwarzenegger now

Tuesday, July 14, 2009, 6:53 pm |

SB 572, which would institute an official “Harvey Milk Gay Day” in California’s government school system, is on the floor of the State Assembly.

Unless there’s a big deal that dominates Thursday’s scheduled floor session, SB 572 could be brought up and passed, quickly transmitted to the Senate floor for a concurrence vote, and then sent to the desk of Governor Schwarzenegger.

So far, all the Democrat legislators — the ruling party in Sacramento — are supporting this horrible bill that would create an official day promoting the homosexual, bisexual and transsexual agenda, in all of its forms, to children as young as five years old. There is no parental opt-out and the sky is the limit on the “suitable commemorative exercises” in which children will be made to participate.

Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoed “Harvey Milk Gay Day” last year, but he needs to be lobbied to veto it again. Will you do your part to stop “Harvey Milk Gay Day” for impressionable schoolchildren? It’s time for you to fax or mail him a letter.

Do your part. See our easy action steps and take action now.
