CCF BULLETINS: Sexual Indoctrination Page 3 of 4

HOW WILL PROHIBITING "DISCRIMINATORY BIAS" RESULT IN SEXUAL INDOCTRINATION?

"The philosophy of the school room in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next."
Abraham Lincoln, 16th President of the United States

In 1999, lesbian activist and then-state assemblymember Sheila Kuehl authored AB 537, which was approved in California's Democrat-controlled Legislature and signed by former Governor Gray Davis. AB 537 forced all California public schools to "not discriminate" against homosexual, bisexual, and transsexual teachers and students. I know this was a radical shift when I received a phone call from a kindergarten teacher who said she and other female teachers were disturbed that a male transsexual kindergarten teacher was using their women's restroom. Unfortunately, because of AB 537, the ladies couldn't have their privacy, and young children got stuck with a cross-dressing role model.

The "no discrimination" language of AB 537 was subsequently used to pressure a Visalia, California school district to conduct "tolerance training" for teachers and students. Earlier this year, the same law was the basis for intimidating a Fresno high school to permit a confused girl to run for prom king. Just last week in Davis, California, two homosexually-confused teenage boys were made "prince and prince."

If this is happening under a "no discrimination" law passed eight years ago, just think what the "no discrimination" sledgehammer of SB 777 and AB 394 will do starting in January. But this time it's not only about homosexual, bisexual, or transsexual teachers and students. No, these radical new California laws will positively portray these alternative sexual lifestyles in all school instruction and all school-sponsored activities…impacting children as young as kindergarten…with no parental notification or consent whatsoever. Children as young as five years old will be told homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality are good and natural and maybe even for them.

THE ONLY REAL AND IMMEDIATE SOLUTION: LEAVE THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS

"For more than 220 years -- from the 1620s to the 1840s -- most American schooling was independent of government control, subsidy, and influence. From this educational freedom the American Republican was born."
Marshall Fritz, founder, Alliance for Separation of School and State

In the face of the California's scary new school sexual indoctrination laws and the outrageous anti-parent ruling from the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals two years ago, the only way for parents to reliably protect the hearts and minds of their children is to remove them from government-controlled schools.

There are two viable education alternatives that will protect children from sexual indoctrination: private religious schools and home schools.

While private schooling is definitely more expensive than "free" government-controlled schools, many parents are deciding that protecting their child's moral compass is worth more than anything else. They're being creative and making the necessary sacrifices to financially make it happen.

Regarding home schooling, there is an estimated 125,000 homeschooling families in California. While the thought of home schooling may sound intimidating, too difficult, or out of your league, it's not. Most parents who love home schooling today felt somewhat "incompetent" when they started. But homeschooling today is easier than ever due to explosive growth and wonderful teaching resources.

There are home school networks in every county in California. Home schooling may require creative planning, self-sacrifice, different budgeting, and a new way of thinking. But it can definitely happen for two-parent households that are determined to succeed.

Campaign for Children and Families recommends that parents remove their children from so-called "public" schools (sexually indoctrination of children is an attack on parents and an abdication of the public interest), and enroll them in a private school with moral values, or create a home school in your own home, or co-teach with other homeschoolers.
