Make healthy choices
The American diet is a neurologist's nightmare. With all the processed foods, microwaved foods, overcooked foods, and artificial drinks we consume, it's no wonder that a third of Americans are diabetic or pre-diabetic and Americans have the most health problems on the planet!
I have sought some of the best health experts in the nation to help me and those I love. I share what I've learned here. (See medical disclaimer below.)
How to quickly overcome a cold:
At first sign of cold or flu (nose, throat, head),
- Zicam treatment
- Lots of water so you go to the bathroom a lot
- Try to sleep through the whole day – aim for at least 10 hours
I've nipped a cold in the bud this way. A day and a half later, no more symptoms!
