Oppose the confirmation of Elena Kagan to be on the U.S. Supreme Court

Americans who believe in our Constitution and Republic must pick up the phone and oppose the Senate confirmation of Elena Kagan, Barack Obama’s nominee to replace retiring liberal Justice John Paul Stevens on the United States Supreme Court.
Kagan is pro-homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda: As dean of Harvard Law School, she kicked military recruiters off campus because of she believe in open homosexuals in military barracks and showers Source1 and Source2; as a law professor in Chicago and later as staffer in the Clinton White House, Kagan expressed her strong belief that courts should support hate crime laws and that when reviewing regulations of speech, courts could “evaluate motive directly, they could remove the lion’s share of the First Amendment’s doctrinal clutter.” Source; Kagan is also rumored to be practicing homosexuality Source
Kagan is pro-abortion: Marjorie Dannenfelser, President of the Susan B. Anthony List, said, " If confirmed to sit on the Supreme Court, Kagan will serve as a rubber stamp for President Obama's radical pro-abortion agenda. Kagan publicly opposed Rust v. Sullivan, a Supreme Court decision that upheld the right of Health and Human Services to restrict funding for groups that performed or promoted abortion. Additionally, Kagan strongly believes that pregnancy resource centers should be barred from counseling teens in crisis pregnancies." Source
Kagan is anti-religious freedom: Kagan once suggested that faith-based groups operating pregnancy care centers should not counsel pregnant youths, for fear that they would include their religious beliefs in the counseling process. Source
Kagan is anti-free speech: The First Amendment to the Constitution says: “Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press.” Yet, last September, while arguing in front of the U.S. Supreme Court, Kagan told the justices that Congress could constitutionally prohibit corporations from engaging in political speech such as publishing pamphlets that advocate the election or defeat of a candidate for federal office.
