YES Prop. 39 requires some form of identification to vote
NO Prop. 40 foolish, destructive “billionaires tax”
YES Prop. 41 requires audits of ballot initiatives proposing special taxes
YES Prop. 42 prohibits new state taxes on any form of savings
YES Prop. 43* requires a two-thirds vote for local special taxes
NO Prop. 44 imposes unreasonable standards upon federally-funded health centers
YES Prop. 45 stops environmental wacko groups from dragging out reviews of housing and other infrastructure projects
