Should Kevin McCarthy become speaker?

U.S. Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Bakersfield) with his good friend, pollster Frank Luntz

Update Jan. 6, 11:17 p.m. PT: Trickery has made RINO Kevin McCarthy of Bakersfield Speaker of the House. In tonight’s 15th ballot for speaker, because 4 RINO Republicans purposely didn’t vote and the 6 moral-values constitutional stalwarts voted “present,” this lowered the threshold of votes needed. Conservatives, you now have 3 RINO Republican speakers in a row — John Boehner, Paul Ryan, now Kevin McCarthy, all birds of a feather who value power over principle. Still, the very public 3 days of resistance by 21 Republican U.S. Representatives very concerned about corruption at the top was so needed. And while not replacing a RINO (Republican In Name Only) with a constitutional fighter, there were several important concessions won in negotiation with McCarthy to make the House rules the fairest in decades. Constitutional Americans must hold McCarthy accountable to his promises. I grieve the agreed-upon framework does not include a House investigation into election fraud of the 2020 and 2022 elections. For how can we have a democratic republic without the confidence of one person, one vote? In all of this, conservative constitutional voters are excited about Matt Gaetz, whom I believe could be Florida’s next governor, and a great one at that.

Update Jan. 5, 8:31 p.m. PT: So far, there have been 11 defeats for California RINO Kevin McCarthy of Bakersfield. Eleven slow, roll-call votes over the last 3 days, and each time McCarthy failed to reach 218, which is the minimal majority of elected House members. I’m still predicting McCarthy will NOT be elected Speaker of the House. As someone who tries to be “stubborn” for what’s right in God’s sight, I recognize there are at least 5 “Never-Kevins” in the U.S. House of Representatives, which is enough to block him from reaching 218. They are Matt Gaetz of Florida, Lauren Boebert of Colorado, Andy Biggs of Arizona, Bob Good of Virginia, and Matt Rosendale of Montana. And likely even more “Never-Kevins.” As Matt Gaetz said this evening on the Laura Ingraham Show, “I will not be voting for Kevin McCarthy. I resent the extent to which he utilizes the lobbyists and special interests to dictate how political decisions, policy decisions, and leadership decisions are made. We have zero trust in him.” Starting 9am California time on Friday, Jan. 6, you can watch Day 4 of the speakership battle on https://www.c-span.org or https://live.house.gov.

Update Jan. 4, 9:16 p.m. PT: With the evening floor session quickly adjourning without a vote, we know there will be a Republican speaker of the house, but it won’t be Kevin McCarthy. At least 5 Republicans who are currently voting for moral-values constitutional Republican Byron Donalds of Florida have publicly said they’ll never vote for McCarthy, who will never get to the 218 votes needed, and someone more conservative and honest will be chosen, probably within a couple days. Why this fight? For decades now in our country, the establishment, power-over-principle, cave-to-immorality  “Republicans” have waged a not-so-quiet war with constitutional Republicans. We get RINOs when average Republicans vote for “the lesser of two evils,” which means worse and worse elected representatives, shutting out less-moneyed constitutional conservatives. It’s remarkable on the House floor 21 Republican members are standing firm to say “No more.” These moral-values constitutional champions against corruption deserve our applause. Have a Republican U.S. Representative? Call 202-225-3121 (the Capitol switchboard) and tell him or her how you want them to vote.

Update Jan. 3, 3:48 pm PT: There’s a constitutional revolution on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives! Today, on the third ballot to elect a new Speaker of the House, constitutional Republicans who want a fighter for moral, social, and fiscal values increased from 19 to 20 votes against RINO Kevin McCarthy of California and in favor of pro-family conservative standard-bearer Jim Jordan of Ohio. If they hold out for days or weeks, they can prevail; because 218 votes are required to be elected speaker, and McCarthy is only getting 202 votes. See the latest here. The House will reconvene Wednesday 12 noon ET. You can watch the floor action live here.

On Tuesday, January 3, the new Congress will be installed, and the new, Republican-controlled U.S. House of Representatives will vote to replace Nancy Pelosi as speaker.

Yet with Republicans holding a slim majority in the new House, the question is not whether a Republican will replace Pelosi, but what kind of Republican?

If you’ve been tracking with SaveCalifornia.com the past year, you know the intense war between Good and Evil will not be won by merely “voting right.”

In 2022, silent Republicans in the California Assembly helped bad bills pass. Likewise, on December 8, 2022, the tyrannical, sexual anarchy bill, H.R. 8404, passed the U.S. House, with Nancy Pelosi, Hakeem Jeffries (the new Democrat leader), and Steny Hoyer (the #2 Democrat under Pelosi) all standing and speaking for it.

But unlike his Democrat counterparts, the Republican minority leader, Kevin McCarthy of Bakersfield, didn’t stand and speak on the floor, and it’s apparent he didn’t in a Republican caucus either.

Because less than half a dozen Republicans spoke against this monstrous bill on the floor, and 39 “Republicans” voted for it, including McCarthy’s lieutenants Elise Stephanik (third-ranking House Republican) and Tom Emmer (incoming GOP Whip).

So, you have to ask — what good is it to read the U.S. Constitution on the floor — as Kevin McCarthy plans to do — if you won’t speak up and fight for religious freedom in the First Amendment, which H.R. 8404 crushes?

Here’s more about McCarthy’s actions hurting constitutional values:

June 15, 2016: Caught on tape: When learning the Russians had hacked the Democrat National Committee, McCarthy said, “I’ll guarantee you that’s what it is…The Russians hacked the DNC and got the opp research that they had on Trump.” “There’s two people I think Putin pays: Rohrabacher and Trump. Swear to God.”

January 2021: McCarthy was again recorded, saying what he planned to tell outgoing President Donald Trump: “It would be my recommendation you should resign” and in assessing President Trump’s peaceful, First-Amendment comments at the Jan. 6, 2021 Stop the Steal rally: “atrocious and totally wrong”…”incited people”

May 3, 2021: Tucker Carlson reports that Kevin McCarthy is “rooming” with Frank Luntz, who’s been working hard to “moderate” the Republican Party

February 17, 2022: Lou Dobbs: “I’ll be kind, if not RINO, a middle-of-the-roader. I personally believe him to be outright a RINO. The party needs strength, it needs vision, it needs energy, vibrancy, and new blood in leadership — it’s that simple.”

When the U.S. House of Representatives votes January 3, McCarthy can lose no more than four Republican votes, and it’s predicted 10-15 constitutional fighters will block McCarthy’s bid to become Speaker of the House. Hopefully a conservative, constitutional fighter, such as Matt Gaetz or Jim Jordan, will be elected on a succeeding ballot.

“Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.”

Why I believe election fraud exists, yet will always vote

Tuesday, November 15, 2022, 5:55 pm | Randy Thomasson

The just-concluded November 2022 election saw a “red wave,” where Americans favored Republicans to rescue them from tyrannical Democrats.

This is why Republicans will retake the U.S. House of Representatives, empowering them to stop all bad bills and truly investigate the government corruption of the Democrats, the Bidens, and the Deep State.

I say there was a “red wave” because we have the evidence:

Across America, there were more votes for Republicans (and if you factor in election fraud, you know the “red wave” percentage was even higher).

More blacks, more Latinos, and more suburban women voted Republican this election (again, these exit polls undercount conservatives that refuse to be polled).

Even in Democrat-dominated California, there was a “red wave.” For, even if Republican votes were undercounted due to election malfeasance, Gavin Newsom still had the weakest showing of a Democrat gubernatorial candidate since 2010.

Did fraud circumvent the “red wave”?

Since there was a “red wave,” why didn’t Republicans win the U.S. Senate and several governorships and any statewide offices in California?

I believe logic and evidence informs us that the only human thing stopping many more Republican victories in both our state and nation was election fraud allowed or committed by Democrat registrars of voters in Democrat-controlled counties.

For we don’t see what happens to our ballots, and our confidence is 100% based on trust.

Plus, we know immoral people (Democrat activists) want to steal elections.

Finally, since for several years now there have been computer-software-counting systems in place that are highly suspect, since they allow manipulation of votes and external input, and overwhelmingly produce “victories” for Democrat candidates.

As FNC’s Tucker Carlson pointed out two days after “election day”: “In Venezuela, whatever you think of it, they tally their ballots within hours, but suddenly, we can’t manage to do that? Clark County, Nevada, the home of Las Vegas, says there are still tens of thousands of ballots left to count … In cases where there was chaos and delays in vote-counting over the past several election cycles, what percentage of the ultimate winners turned out to be Democrats? Now, in a fair system, you would think the proportion would land somewhere around 50%, a coin toss, but we checked. Oh, and that’s not the case. In 13 recent races, we looked at where election delays were well-publicized. Ten of them ultimately went to the Democrat, 10 out of 13, 77%. It’s not a coin toss. It’s a very high average.”

Knowing how New Communist Democrats will do anything to attain and retain power for their immoral agenda, I don’t put the anti-America attack of election fraud past them for one minute.

The Covid tyranny in 2020 made possible the unconstitutional deception of mail-in ballots for the entire populace. If an election was stolen in 2020, that only whet the appetites of Democrat activists to steal more elections, in more states, in 2022.

Again, without having 100% trustworthy vote-counters, none of us knows what happens to our ballots, and littering a state with mail-in ballots permits fraud. Evil people counting votes are motivated to “decrease” good votes and “increase” bad votes whenever and wherever they can.

If the county registrar of voters is in on this, or looks the other way, their county elections offices are the worst place I can think of for fairly and accurately counting votes, and for upholding America’s promise of “one person, one vote.”

Still not convinced? Consider this:

Since the governor of Texas is already investigating numerous “election improprieties” in his state’s largest, Democrat-run county, you know something’s wrong.

And when a Nevada county’s vote-counting cameras “disconnected” and went dark for 8 1/2 hours, you have the right to be suspect.

And with all Arizona’s election “irregularities” — machines that reject ballots and turn away election-day-voting Republicans, and video evidence of illegal stuffing of drop boxes — you know our election apparatus is in big trouble.

In Arizona, despite Republicans being ahead in the pre-election polls, and Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake being strongly ahead before Nov. 8, the votes were “counted” in a way that allows fraudulent ballots to be dumped in, and computer manipulation to occur, giving more votes to the Democrats in the big races for Governor and U.S. Senator.

Why I’m still voting + new action needed

First of all, even though I believe election fraud exists — and might indeed be spreading — I equally believe in voting and voting right, and encouraging others to do the same. Because without a surge of righteous votes, moral-values Republicans wouldn’t have been elected and wouldn’t have recaptured the U.S. House of Representatives.

Because election fraud is not absolute, we must view it as an army of New Communist Democrats coming after us, and throw as many constitutional votes against it as possible.

Again, how can constitutional conservatives be elected — like U.S. Congresswoman Michelle Steel, who was reelected in a tight race in Orange County — without the good votes of people like you? Or how could a would-be reformer such as Rick Caruso in Los Angeles, even have a chance of being elected mayor, without a lot of Angelenos voting for him?

So I’m going to keep voting and urge you to keep voting too. Because election fraud isn’t everywhere, and really depends on whether a county’s registrar of voters allows it.

TAKE ACTION:

Short-term (now): Protest now by joining or organizing a peaceful protest armed with logic, evidence, and facts. There needs to be a big protest in Arizona, for example, of people holding signs with facts and provoking questions. Also, nationwide, constitutional attorneys need to file both state and federal lawsuits against clearly unlawful misdeeds by county and state election offices.

Mid-term (this month, next month and in 2023): Demand Republican elected officials and state legislators introduce and fight for election integrity (like Texas’ Republican governor, Greg Abbott, is now fighting for): No drop boxes, no computer-software counting, no absentee ballots except in few instances, no early voting, no ballot harvesting, no “curing” of ballots, photo ID required, and votes must be finalized 48 hours after election-day polls close. What’s more, please lobby Republican U.S. Representatives — the new majority — to pass federal election reform.

Long-term (next election season): Keep voting right and encouraging others to vote right to deploy more of your “soldiers” (good votes) to overcome election fraud “soldiers” (bad votes). Also think now of an able constitutionalist you can recruit to run for county registrar of voters. Fair elections must be Job #1 of constitutional activists in your county!

“We used to have what was called, election day. Now we have election days, weeks, and months, and lots of bad things happened during this ridiculous period of time, especially when you have to prove almost nothing to exercise our greatest privilege, the right to vote … What changed this year was the Democrat party’s relentless push to print and mail out tens of millions of ballots sent to unknown recipients with virtually no safeguards of any kind. This allowed fraud and abuse to occur in a scale never seen before. Using the pandemic as a pretext, Democrat politicians and judges drastically changed election procedures … This colossal expansion of mail-in voting opened the flood gates to massive fraud. It’s a widely known fact that the voting rolls are packed with people who are not lawfully eligible to vote, including those who are deceased, have moved out of their state, and even our non-citizens of our country.”

5 California Republican congressmen for ‘homosexual marriages’

Saturday, July 23, 2022, 10:25 am | Randy Thomasson

SaveCalifornia.com provides this solely for educational purposes
and does not support or oppose candidates for public office.

It was shocking to see new political prostitutes emerge in the Republican Party on July 19. Because five U.S. House Republicans from California voted in favor of unnatural, unhealthy, unbiblical, tyrannical homosexual “marriage.” The question now facing you and your friends is, do they deserve your support this 2022 election?

If you live in the new districts in which these five pro-homosexual “marriage” Republicans are running, it’s your decision whether to keep supporting them. But consider this:

1. The “yes” votes of Ken Calvert, Mike Garcia, Darrell Issa, Jay Obernolte, and David Valadao are against the natural familyagainst our U.S. Constitutionagainst the Word of Godagainst good health, and against the Republican Party platform. What’s more, they’re challenging you to support the unnatural, unhealthy, unbiblical “LGBTQIA+” too — because these pro-perversity Republicans are still asking conservatives to vote for them.

2. These five Republicans’ pro-perversity votes are symptomatic of slavish fear of the Tyrannical Left, instead of respectful fear of God or love for impressionable children. To flip from being pro-man-woman-marriage and pro-traditional-family in an election year, in the general election cycle where they might be beaten, is indicative of fear, not moral principle (for how can a principle be moral if it violates the commands of Holy God?). Don’t we need constitutional fighters, who will do what’s right under pressure, not cave and sell-out?

3. Homosexual “marriage” is a harmful role model for impressionable children. Because not only are most male homosexual relationships “open,” their behavior has very high rates of sexually-transmitted diseases. And children are being roped into this, by the government schools or other strangers. What’s more, state schools aim to “groom” children not just into homosexual behavior, but also into cross-dressing and “sex changes.” Most of all, promoting homosexual “marriage” all the more rapidly erodes the difference between Right and Wrong on every moral issue. With fewer and fewer moral absolutes, our culture becomes exponentially more confused, divided, and dangerous.

4. This is not the first time three of these five Republicans have voted very wrong:

  • Also in 2017, David Valadao abstained on this pro-family amendment that would have banned taxpayer-funded, military “sex changes.” And in January 2021, Valadao was the only California U.S. House Republican to vote “yes” to impeach former president Donald Trump (for the second time).
  • In 2018, as a California state assemblyman, Jay Obernolte voted “yes” on AB 2439 to establish an “official” State of California “LGBTQ Veterans Memorial.” Then, in 2019, Obernolte voted “yes” on AB 711 to force schools to retroactively falsify a student’s “sex” on former student records. That same year, Obernolte abstained on ACR 99, a Democrat resolution blaming pastors and religious leaders for “LGBTQIA+” suicides. In 2020, Obernolte’s liberal positions were exposed by his conservative opponent, Tim Donnelly.
  • Back in 1994, Ken Calvert was publicly exposed for having sex in his car with a known prostitute. Still, in light of Calvert’s strong pro-family record since then, I was surprised he caved to the “homosexual marriage” agenda this month.
  • I am most surprised by Mike Garcia’s capitulation to darkness. Garcia votes pro-life on abortion and calls himself a Christian. And in 2021, he admirably voted against putting homosexuality and transsexuality into federal employment and housing law, stating “equality that comes at the expense of or as a detriment to other free citizens is contrary to American ideals.” Yet now, succumbing in fear to “LGBTQIA+” activists is Garcia’s inexplicable, head-shaking act.

5. With the strong expectation that Republicans will win back majority control of the U.S. House of Representatives this year by capturing most of the 33 identified toss-up seats, they’ll still take away Nancy Pelosi’s gavel even if California’s five sell-out “Republicans” are defeated.

So whether you live in the new District 22 from Hanford to Bakersfield (where David Valadao is running), or in the new District 48 from Murrieta to Santee, then south to the Mexican border (where Darrell Issa is running), or in the new District 23 which includes Ridgecrest, California City, Barstow, Baker, Victorville, Big Bear City, and Twentynine Palms (where Jay Obernolte is running), or in the new District 41 from Corona to Indio (where Ken Calvert is running), or in the new District 27 which includes Santa Clara, Palmdale, and Lancaster (where Mike Garcia is running), now you are more informed and the decision is yours.
