HOW TO OPPOSE ELECTION FRAUD IN CALIFORNIA

You’ve probably heard about the Trump Administration saying they’ve launched an investigation into suspected election fraud in California.

But sending in only one person to take a tour and “observe” is NOT an investigation. As Breitbart News reported June 6, 2026:

On Friday, the Department of Justice sent a federal prosecutor to observe ballot counting in Los Angeles after Trump claimed that the count was being rigged by Democrats.

The Los Angeles County registrar-recorder said in a statement Friday: “Our office was notified late yesterday that the U.S. attorney’s office would send an assistant U.S. attorney to the Ballot Processing Center to observe ballot processing activities.”

“The individual arrived this morning, was provided an overview of the public observation program and participated in a walkthrough of the ballot processing operations,” spokesperson Mike Sanchez said in an email to CNN.

Sanchez noted that ballot processing is open to the public.

What’s really needed is a full forensic audit of county elections offices to expose:

    • The counting of fraudulent mail-in ballots (where the signature on the ballot envelope does not match the signature on file) or ballots where the “voter” isn’t eligible to vote (e.g., not a U.S. citizen or California resident).
    • Violations of law regarding chain of custody records of voted ballots and voting equipment, audit logs from electronic voting system, and materials from vote-counters.
    • The illegal processing undated mail-in ballots received after June 2, or drop box ballots picked up after June 2, or any other suspicious delivery of ballots.

Who can order such a forensic audit of all 58 California registrar of voters’ offices?

The Attorney General of the United States of America is authorized under federal law to:
“Conduct and supervise a wide range of criminal investigations and prosecutions…” (Source)
“Investigate and, when warranted by the findings, initiate legal proceedings seeking injunctive and other relief in cases involving discrimination in education, credit, employment, housing, public accommodations, and facilities, federally funded programs, voting, and the rights of prisoners and mentally and physically disabled persons.” (Source)

TAKE ACTION:

  • Urge the U.S. Attorney General to initiate a forensic audit of the elections offices of all 58 California counties. Use web form
  • Contact the White House to encourage President Trump to order Acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche to immediately conduct a forensic investigation of the entire State of California. Use web form
  • Contact the U.S. Attorney’s California Office to report evidence of election fraud. Send an email (See shocking examples of California election fraud here)

Here are some of the things that an FFA would investigate, in-depth, in each category: 1 – Did only legally eligible citizens vote, and just once? 2 – Did the voting machines accurately report all ballots received, without any changes? 3 – Did third parties illegally change or delete any legitimate ballots, or add ballots?
