Have you ever complained about California being worse than decades ago?
Well, who’s been in charge of California, making thousands of laws that have made California’s culture and legal oppression much worse than when you were growing up?
It’s cause and effect: Because Democrat Party politicians have controlled the State Senate since 1957 and the State Assembly since 1959 (except for 1969-1970 in both houses and 1996* in the Assembly). Your Democrat “rulers” have greatly hurt Californians!
* In November 1994, Republicans recaptured the California State Assembly, yet in 1995, “Republicans” Doris Allen and Brian Setencich sold their souls to keep Democrats in control, as long as these RINOs were “honored” by becoming Speaker for a short time.
Therefore, it’s no surprise when anti-God, anti-people Democrats, who have no conscience or accountability, finish another legislative session (on Sept. 1) in which they’ve approved a raft of bills to blatantly promote baby-killing, “LGBTQIA+” ruination and tyranny, and even racism and sexism (punishing you for being the “wrong” race or sex).

AB 2624, “The Nick Shirley Act”: Punishing independent journalists who post videos exposing fraudulent use of taxpayer funds (Gov. Newsom signed this unconstitutional bill on August 22). Be encouraged that a federal lawsuit has been filed.
SB 762: Permitting a dozen cities to raise your “use” taxes (sadly, Gov. Newsom signed this without comment on August 17).

Passed by the California State Legislature to go on the November 2028 ballot:
ACA 7 by Democrat Party Assemblyman and “LGBTQIA+” activist Corey Jackson of Moreno Valley/Perris/San Jacinto would change the California State Constitution to permit blatant discrimination and preferential treatment on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, and national origin in all aspects of K-12 schools, colleges, and universities (except in “higher education admissions and enrollment”).
ACA 7 is the opposite of a color-blind society. It promotes official (institutionalized and systemic) reverse racism and anti-male sexism by denying teaching jobs if you’re the “wrong” color or sex.
As the August 28, 2026 Assembly floor analysis reports, supporters of ACA 7 admit it “would amend the California constitution to permit use of race in public education policy, excluding higher education enrollment,” while opponents expose that ACA 7 would “permit the government to discriminate in all aspects of K-12 education and all other aspects pertaining to colleges and universities.”
YOUR ACTION STEPS:
1. Because Gavin Newsom is running for U.S. president, and because he might not want a federal free-speech lawsuit around his neck in 2027 and 2028, please urge him to veto the two censorship/brainwashing bills, AB 1578 and AB 1803. Take action here
2. Please share this information with your friends so more people realize that by voting for Democrat Party politicians, you’re voting for taxpayer-funded late-term abortions (baby-killing), the unnatural “transsexual” agenda imposed upon children, and blatant racism and sexism by passing ACA 7 to place on the ballot two years from now.
