The second acquittal of President Donald Trump on Feb. 13 isn’t merely a just verdict, but the whole sick charade exposes the unfair, unjust, unconstitutional, anti-American Democrat politicians.
President Donald Trump has been acquitted — because he was innocent of the false charge. All 50 unfair, unjust, unconstitutional, tyrannical Democrat U.S. senators (including California’s Dianne Feinstein and Alex Padilla) and 7 RINOs (Republicans in Name Only) voted to let Congress “impeach” any private citizen and criminalize free speech.
Fortunately, there weren’t the 67 votes the Constitution requires to convict. The 7 unconstitutional RINOs: Richard Burr of North Carolina, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitt Romney of Utah, Ben Sasse of Nebraska, and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania.
Stop and realize Trump had to be acquitted. Because our 5th and 14th Amendments require due process. Yet the Democrat prosecutors manufactured and manipulated evidence, and hid exculpatory evidence favorable to the defendant. What’s more, they relied on hearsay and speculation as they feverishly tried to create an unjust precedent of guilt by association.
What’s it really all about? Democrats want to ban speech and candidates they don’t like. They’re part of the oligarch (rule by the few) of corrupt tyrants who say, “Free speech for me, but not for thee.”
Remember, falsehoods are harmful, but false accusations in law enforcement and our judicial system are exceedingly dangerous. Ever heard of a false conviction? It’s a big sin, which is why Creator God repeatedly commands in the Bible, “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.”
Apply this to the Democrat majority in Congress, which has publicly blamed President Trump for the deaths of seven people in January. But that’s being a false witness.
Here are the facts we know about the seven who died:
The evidence shows that one Trump supporter was killed by a pistol-waving Capitol police officer; three Trump supporters and another Capitol police officer collapsed from stroke, heart attack, or unknown causes; and two other police officers committed suicide days later. President Trump did not murder, kill, or cause the deaths of any of these people. If he had, he would have already been charged by law enforcement authorities, but they can’t because there’s no reasonable suspicion or probable cause.
Exemplifying the hypocrisy of the Democrats in their unconstitutional attack on the free speech of Donald Trump is former California U.S. Senator Kamala Harris, who publicly joked about her desire to kill Donald Trump, strongly supported BLM riots, and even helped violent rioters get out of jail to return to the streets.
What can we conclude? Because of the godless government schools, which dumb-down children, the USA is no longer a republic based on written laws. The domestic enemies of the written Constitution are the communist-type Democrat politicians plus RINO “Republicans” that fear man, so they betray their oaths to “support and defend” and “bear true faith and allegiance to” the Constitution.
Let 2021 be the year for professing Christians and pastors and patriotic conservatives to stop making excuses why they won’t love Jesus or people all the time and everywhere, and get out of their comfort zones and prioritize pursuing moral, constitutional government in our land for the benefit of all.
Remember, neither freedom of speech nor freedom of religion come from Creator God, but from good government that actually protects it. Yet our bad government has dramatically trampled your basic freedoms, not just the last 11 months, but incrementally, since 1932 when FDR was elected U.S. president, and since 1959 in California when Democrats captured both houses of the State Legislature.
So, instead of “fighting like hell,” I implore you to fight like heaven, with the peaceful values of Jesus Christ, who hates political corruption and false witness and all sins, and loves to forgive those who truly repent.

Theodore Roosevelt, Dianne Feinstein, and Abraham Lincoln weren’t slaveowners, yet, still hated by the Radical Left, they’ve been erased from San Francisco’s K-12 schools.
What does it mean that some government school districts (San Francisco and Berkeley to start) are eliminating our U.S. Founding Fathers and other U.S. Presidents as school names?
In godless, Democrat-controlled San Francisco, the school board has eliminated George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and 40 others for school names. This follows the Berkeley school district erasing Washington and Jefferson last summer.
It’s all part of the Radical Left’s attempt to divide people and promote racism, saying these historical figures engaged in “enslavement” or “oppression” or “diminished opportunities.” Nothing good about our U.S. founding fathers will be said or taught to schoolchildren.
Why is this happening? Deep down, these Democrat-controlled school boards are trying to ignite a race war by denouncing “slaveowners” and other undesirables who never owned slaves. Their goal is to teach dark-skinned children to identify with “slaves” (a big lie) and make their race their top identity (a recipe for racism). This is in line with the “1619 Project” and “critical race theory” brainwashing, which teach that whites hate blacks, so black should hate whites. Then a new Leftist army can rise up and take over.
Yet all reality-based Americans should reject racism and embrace the goal of a colorblind society:
Martin Luther King, Jr.: “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.”
Burgess Owens: “We’re dealing with whether we’re going to accept the idea of socialism and Marxism and atheism. Or go back to the American way, Judeo-Christian values, which meritocracy is part of it. The idea that content and character and talent are colorblind.”
President Theodore Roosevelt: “There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all … Americanism is a matter of the spirit and of the soul. Our allegiance must be purely to the United States. We must unsparingly condemn any man who holds any other allegiance. But if he is heartily and singly loyal to this Republic, then no matter where he was born, he is just as good an American as any one else.”
What’s more, among true Christians, there are to be no racial identities or distinctions, but all have their #1 identities in Jesus Christ as part of His Church. As it is written, “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:28) and “where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all” (Colossians 3:11).
And what about the charges of “systemic racism” and “injustice”? The only U.S. citizens are “Americans.” The only laws about race prohibit racial discrimination. There is no systemic racism, except from Radical Leftists claiming it, promoting “group guilt,” and promulgating racial division instead of American unity.
Because when Southern states’ segregation laws were dismantled by the 1964 Civil Rights Act, a colorblind society began, valuing personal responsibility and individual merit. This “equal opportunity” society was a fulfillment of Martin Luther King, Jr.’s colorblind dream. Yet the push for racial quotas, “affirmative action,” racial identity, and identification with past slavery is a racist nightmare — a volatile, concocted recipe of victimhood, irresponsibility, violence, anti-Americanism, and anti-Christianity.
Another thing these Democrat/New-Communist-controlled school boards want to do is prevent children from admiring our written Constitution, the foundation of our republic. Specifically, they want to change our system of justice from individual guilt or innocence to group guilt or innocence, leading to vast, subjective injustice convicting innocent people of made-up “crimes.” A pure democracy with no rules!

February 15 update: 1.5+ million raw signatures collected (because of errors by signers or circulators, need 1.9 to 2 million total raw signatures by March 10 to achieve the required 1.5 million valid signatures). So please help collect 400-500K signatures additional signatures before March 10. Concerned Californians cannot fail!
The last few decades in California, there have been no petition campaigns that qualified for the statewide ballot without the bulk of the valid signatures coming from paid, professional signature-gatherers who set up tables outside major shopping centers.
So until recently, the volunteer-driven petition drive to recall Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom wasn’t given much of a chance. Yet several factors have emerged to give real hope to the Recall Gavin Newsom Campaign:
California’s uber-liberal governor has deeply hurt average Californians with his heavy-handed lockdown (which hasn’t worked to stop the spread of Covid).
Newsom has issued unfair, unjust, and unconstitutional “orders” that have rubbed millions of small business owners and parents of school-aged children the wrong way.
Both these factors — along with other horrible things Newsom has done — have motivated small armies of Californians to volunteer to gather signatures.
In November, a Sacramento judge gave the petition campaign an additional four months to try to gather 1,495,709 total valid signatures by March 17, 2021.
The campaign has successfully pioneered downloadable petitions, with a high validity rate.
Some larger donations have come in, enabling more petitions to be mailed to Republican voters.
Because of conservatives’ anger against Newsom, the mailers have a good response rate. The latest update from the campaign is 1.2 million raw signatures.
With 50 days to go before petition signatures must be delivered to 58 county registrars of voters, now is the final push in which every concerned Californian can participate. Victory is within reach if enough conservatives — including everyone seeing this alert — shun watching and start doing!
Here’s the math: 1,200,000 raw signatures currently + 750,000 raw signatures still needed (15,000 per day x 50 days left) = 1,950,000 raw signatures. If circulators follow instructions and instruct signers, an 80 percent validity rate would yield 1,560,000 valid signatures, which would be enough to qualify.
TAKE ACTION: Because of California’s cataclysmic destruction by Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom, California conservatives must jump into signature-gathering now to try to collect three or more signatures from acquaintances who haven’t yet signed. If volunteer and mailer petitions increase in momentum the remainder of January and all of February, qualifying the recall election of Gavin Newsom for the 2021 ballot might become a reality. So please, act now to collect signatures from California registered voters!
