Immoral government and biased media vs. SaveCalifornia.com and you

It was appalling to see Barack Obama put the mark of American approval on unnatural, unhealthy, unbiblical, tyrannical, and anti-children “LGBT” behaviors and political agendas when he unveiled the Harvey Milk postage stamp in a White House ceremony.

Who’s to blame for this? You can credit wicked, foolish, and complacent voters for the promotion of these harmful behaviors by our government. Remember “Harvey Milk ‘Gay’ Day” in California was put into law in 2009 by Democrat majority legislators and two liberal Republicans (Arnold Schwarzenegger and Abel Maldonado).

And on May 22, Governor Jerry Brown, a Democrat, issued an official proclamation calling you “hostile” if you support God’s design for sex (only between a married man and woman). And Brown called homosexual activist Harvey Milk a “hero” for pushing the intolerant, unnatural, unhealthy homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda upon children.

But it’s more than government doing this. You can also blame the media, which has functionally blacklisted any dissent to Harvey Milk’s homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda. What journalism school taught about “balance,” “fairness,” and “objectivity” has apparently been forgotten by reporters and editors.

For the record, SaveCalifornia’s news releases were sent, received, and opened by the mainstream media, including newspapers, TV, radio, and wire services, but we didn’t see a single “mainstream media” story published this week containing our factual, family-friendly comments opposing the Harvey Milk postage stamp or “Harvey Milk ‘Gay’ Day” sexual indoctrination in California K-12 government schools.

I even did a recorded TV interview with Al Jazeera America on May 21 but you can’t find it on their website. Was the story killed because I know how to successfully explain that no one is “born gay” and why homosexuality does not qualify as a civil right under the 1964 Civil Rights Act?

In the midst of this bias against objectivity and facts, what’s left to pro-family citizens so they can distribute the truth? The internet. You still have Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking tools, even email, in which to share SaveCalifornia.com’s morally-beneficial information — about sexuality, children, families, good government, and more — with everyone you can.

Despite the unfair, unobjective, and non-factual big media, I urge you to be a voice of truth as much as you can — for the love of God and for the love of people. Because for many of us, we have not yet begun to fight.

“Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?” Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Criminal Democrats

I’m not a Democrat or a Republican, but a political independent.

Yet in my 20 years of pro-family work in California, I’ve never seen anything like this. Inflated Democrat control of the State Legislature + Democrat lawmakers being led away in handcuffs = the potential for Democrat seats being lost this election year.

Partisan Democrats like Jerry Brown are worried, but what’s the reaction of average voters? Will they say “Those politicians!” or will they regret voting for Democrats, period?

Most Californians don’t realize that Democrats have been in virtual control of the California Legislature for more than a half century. And I’ve found most Californians don’t seem to know that Democrat politicians are sexually indoctrinating children, making taxpayers fund all kinds of abortions, dumbing-down education, and responsible for many price increases due to a mountain of taxes, fees, and regulations.

But voters tend to wake up in an election year, and they’re sensitized to bad things that they clearly understand are bad.

So, when the FBI and juries say three California Democrat state senators are criminals, that’s likely to turn away some voters from voting for Democrats. Jerry Brown and his Democrat colleagues know this — which is why they’ve suspended (with pay) these three Democrats who are accused of corruption, bribery, fraud, illegal gun-running and more:

Number 1. Democrat state senator Rod Wright of Los Angeles County: In January, Wright was found guilty by a jury on two counts of perjury, one count of filing a false declaration of candidacy and five counts of fraudulent voting…all felonies.

Number 2. Democrat state senator Ron Calderon of Los Angeles County: In February, Calderon was charged and arrested by the FBI in a 24-count indictment by a federal grand jury that includes mail fraud, wire fraud, honest services fraud, bribery, conspiracy to commit money laundering, money laundering, and aiding in the filing of false tax returns.

Number 3. Democrat state senator Leland Yee of San Francisco and Marin counties: As part of a 137-page criminal indictment released March 26, the FBI arrested and accused Yee of being part of an intricate web of corruption, bribery, fraud, and illegal gun trafficking to Muslim insurgents in the Philippines.

This corrupt, criminal, and sordid political scandal is a test of the consciences of California voters. It is inescapable that all three politicians nabbed by juries and the FBI are powerful, entrenched Democrats. Will voters see the Democrats’ majority control of the Legislature as a problem, or see the Democratic Party itself as corrupt, or will they merely regard these three lawmakers as rare “bad apples”?

This historic turn of events is worth talking about, because statewide Democrat activists and their media friends believe this could harm Democrat candidates in this big election year. If you’re a Democrat or have friends who are, ask yourself and them how they think about all this.

After a heated exchange Friday, the Senate voted to suspend with pay those three members and Steinberg announced plans to conduct an office-by-office ethics review. Sen. Joel Anderson, the El Cajon Republican who had unsuccessfully pushed for a Wright expulsion vote, said the Senate leader’s talk “falls woefully short of being meaningful.” He compared suspension to paid vacation, and said that “If you reward bad behavior, you can get more of it.”
“State Senate can’t break a bad pattern,” Steven Greenhut, U-T San Diego, March 28, 2014

John Burton, chairman of the California Democratic Party, said he does not think voters will hold all Democrats accountable for the actions of three rogue operators, but he said the allegations are worrisome. “It’s a concern, one, because they’re all Democrats, but more than that, it’s a concern for the institution that I was honored to not just serve in but to lead.”

Yes, you can have good government again

Pro-family citizens are used to losing in California.

It’s because we’ve become used to protesting, not capturing seats. In my 20 years of statewide pro-family leadership, I’ve found that Californians’ successful protests of Democrat legislators in “swing” districts mostly ended in the early 2000’s. Why?

Well, for example, when Democrat lawmakers in competitive districts voted anti-family, the Republican leadership didn’t make those bad votes known to voters in an election year. So most bad legislators kept their seats in Sacramento, and anti-family legislators currently see our collective protests as empty threats. You decide how to vote, but I’m telling you the cold, hard facts.

All this is why it’s crucial for you to change your focus this big election year. Now is the time to do your part to elect good representatives, who don’t need to be “pressured” to do what’s right in God’s sight, and who will cast votes against the darkness and for the benefit of children and families.

But if you’re like most moral citizens, helping a good candidate win elected office sounds like a daunting task. That’s an understandable feeling, since most folks aren’t experienced in political campaigns, nor do they make civic involvement a regular habit. But stay with me, because SaveCalifornia.com is here to help. Let us assist you to cross the threshold of hope.

By giving you the Who, What, Why, When, Where and How of helping candidates with your values win, you can do your part alongside others and make a satisfactory difference this 2014 election year.
