As expected, AB 1955 destroying your God-given parental rights to be informed if your child is sexually confused has passed the Democrat-controlled California State Senate (voting yes were 29 Democrats; voting no were all 8 Republicans).
This anti-parent, anti-child bill is passing because Dems love everything “LGBTQIA+” and enjoy how this anti-parent, anti-local-control bill is being sold as “privacy.”
AB 1955 now goes to the 80-member California State Assembly, where Democrats have a supermajority of 62 members. After passing there, it will go to Democrat Party Gov. Gavin Newsom, who’s eager to sign it.
AB 1955 would ban K-12 government school districts from telling parents their child is acting out “gay,” “bi,” or “trans” at school.
Targeting school districts with a pro-family majority (such as in Chino Hills, Temecula, and Lakeside), AB 1955 purposefully keeps parents in the dark about what the pro-“LGBTQIA+” government school system is doing to their child.
This bill and 13 sexual indoctrination laws already on the books demonstrate the reality of evil. Because the “LGBTQIA+” agenda attacks these incontrovertible facts:
To deny these facts and rope children into the lies and health threats of “gay,” “bi,” or “trans” harms children physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. And for a minor or young adult to have healthy body parts cut off cannot be reversed.
PLEASE ACT NOW: If you have children or grandchildren in California, protect them from the harm of sexual brainwashing. Get them out of the government-controlled school system this year! Homeschool, micro-school, or church school. Catch the vision at SaveCalifornia.com’s special website, RescueYourChild.com.
In fact, a great amount of research shows transgender treatments are medically harmful to children. Children lack the maturity to consent to medical interventions. Furthermore, the U.K. judges ruled that children younger than 16 lack the maturity to give informed consent to the experimental gender treatments that alter the body. Children are not born in the wrong body. Studies show that children are not born with gender dysphoria. The documentary shamelessly ignores biological fact and the truth that no verbal declaration will change one’s sex. Dr. Cretella, a strong advocate for children, says: “When we tell children, parents or the general public that you can be born in the wrong body, that is science fiction and it is gaslighting. When we abuse children psychologically in this way … when we affirm them in this delusion that they’re born in the wrong body, we are making it far more difficult for them to embrace reality.” “I Know What Happens To The Kids in ‘Transhood’, Because It Happened To Me,’ Walt Heyer, February 6, 2021

There’s a new campaign to pressure the medical establishment to stop promoting “sex change” treatments and operations for children.
Announced Thursday by science-based physicians, healthcare professionals, and medical organizations, the Doctors Protecting Children coalition is looking for millions of Americans to sign their declaration urging American medical professional organizations to cease their so-called “gender-affirming care” that targets confused kids for lifelong ruination.
From the conclusion of this excellent declaration: “…we, the undersigned, call upon the medical professional organizations of the United States, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Endocrine Society, the Pediatric Endocrine Society, American Medical Association, the American Psychological Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to follow the science and their European professional colleagues and immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex.”
I’ve publicly signed the science-based Doctors Protecting Children Declaration, and you can too. It’s quick and easy, and you can hide your name if you wish. See and sign the declaration now.
Transgenderism is explicitly addressed in the Bible. This fact reminds us that the phenomenon of trans-sexual expression is not new. The practice is a deviant display of witness rebellion against the created order of God. For those, like Foucault, who saw gender as merely social constructs, enforced by puritanical power structures and subject to deconstruction, the voice of God in the Bible still speaks: “A woman shall not wear a man’s garment, nor shall a man put on a woman’s cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God” (Deuteronomy 22:5). “What the Bible Says about the Idea of Transgenderism,” Michael A. If you’ve supported the Democrat state politicians’ $24 BILLION already spent on “homelessness,” or Newsom’s $10+ BILLION for “free homeless housing”(Prop. 1), you’ve flushed away big money.
The California State Auditor on April 9 issued a scathing report that basically asks, “Where’s the money gone?”
Democrat Party Governor Gavin Newsom appoints the co-chairs of the “California Interagency Council on Homelessness.” Yet the State Auditor, also appointed by Newsom, says the “council” hasn’t been doing its job:
“(The council) has not tracked and reported on the State’s funding for homelessness programs statewide since its 2023 assessment covering fiscal years 2018–19 through 2020–21. Currently, it has no plans to perform a similar assessment in the future. In the absence of an up-to-date assessment, the State and its policymakers are likely to struggle to understand homelessness programs’ ongoing costs and achieved outcomes,” reads the report. “(It) has neither ensured the accuracy of the information in the state data system, nor has it used this information to evaluate homelessness programs’ success.”
As veteran California newspaper columnist Dan Walters writes:
The number of homeless Californians has increased by 50% in the last decade and 20% since Newsom became governor in 2019, despite the state’s spending about $20 billion on the various anti-homelessness programs during the last five years.
Meanwhile, the proliferation of anti-homelessness programs continues. Just last month, voters – by the thinnest of margins – approved Newsom’s multibillion-dollar plan to overhaul mental health treatment in California, including providing more housing for those with ailments.
The fact that his measure, Proposition 1, barely survived despite many millions of dollars being spent on the campaign for it, indicates anew that Californians are growing weary of politicians’ promises to end the crisis.
The new audit implies that the public’s skepticism is well-founded. If the agency created to coordinate homelessness responses is falling short of its mission, why should we think that any specific programs are having a lasting impact?
Critically-thinking Californians, along with SaveCalifornia.com, knew Gavin Newsom’s Prop. 1 was a scam, with zero requirements for transients to go to counseling, classes, or training. And now we know even more, don’t we?
See my March 25 blog, “Newsom snookered voters to attract transients worldwide“
…the state is spending money faster than it can track it, that the money being spent is exorbitant, that spending money on homelessness, at least in California, actually increases the problem due to the induced demand (people from out of state coming for the benefits and yes it is a very high percentage,) and that the homeless-industrial complex – which stands between the state and the homeless person – is hoovering up vast amounts of cash with little or no oversight. “California State Auditor’s scathing homeless report: Where did the money go?”, California Globe, April 10, 2024
