Problem 1: The possibility of experiencing an adverse reaction, including injury or death, is real for anyone being injected with the experimental biological agents misnamed “Covid vaccines.” Seeing the stark evidence of this, and learning of many other serious problems of these injected agents, provides legitimate opposition to taking the “jab.” Therefore, it is inhuman, against medical ethics, and against informed consent to force or coerce anyone to be injected with what they don’t want going into their body.
Problem 2: The threat of “vaccine verification” is real. Otherwise known as a “vaccine passport,” “vaccine verification” prevents non-vaccinated people from entering stores, entering government buildings, participation in events, and from traveling with others by plane, train, bus, taxi, and much more. “Vaccine verification” and “vaccine passports” segregate and divide people into “vaccinated” and “unvaccinated.” This is medical discrimination to the max.
Problem 3: On Friday, June 11, Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom responded to a reporter’s question, saying his administration is working on the concept of providing an electronic “vaccine verification” tool for businesses (which would segregate and inhumanly discriminate against those who have refused the “jab”). Newsom said, “We would look to help support those efforts and modernize the opportunities, and we’ll be making some announcements very shortly in that space.” Update: On Monday, June 14, Newsom told reporters: “It’s not a passport, it’s not a requirement, it’s just the ability now to have an electronic version of that paper version, so you’ll hear more about that in the next couple of days.”
Problem 4: Newsom also engaged in blatant deception, saying, “There is no mandate, no requirement, no passport,” yet noting California businesses could take the State’s invention and implement it (against innocent, conscientious people). Figuratively speaking, Newsom wants to make a bomb to give to terrorists and then deny any criminal involvement, saying he “only” made the bomb and gave it to others. This is the definition of being an accessory to a crime. Don’t let Newsom get away with this doublespeak!

Under the shadow of the recall election, Newsom has taken pains to say his plan is not a “vaccine passport,” which has negative connotations. So act now. Seize this opportunity to flood him with calls and emails!
Tell him this: Drop your plans for a “vaccine verification” tool, which is a “vaccine passport” segregating and discriminating against people who do not consent to any of the “Covid vaccines.” This passport/verification plan would also harm a sizable number of Californians, including the elderly, who do not have smart phones. “Vaccine verification” would deny many people’s basic human rights to shop, socialize, travel, and receive essential services. it would also discourage tourists from states or countries without “vaccine verification.” Please drop your bad idea, which would hurt real people!

Permission to be righteously angry over Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom tyrannically, unscientifically, inhumanly jerking you around — again!
Because, despite Newsom earlier telling you “most” of his Covid-related restrictions will end June 15, his Cal/OSHA staff now recommends pressuring virtually all indoor workers to wear masks indefinitely. This is happening in Newsom’s administration, on his watch!
The masking requirement “will require employers to track vaccination status, stockpile N95 respirators and create policies and procedures for two classes of people: vaccinated and non-vaccinated,” said Helen Cleary, director of the Phylmar Regulatory Roundtable, a coalition of large businesses.
California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board regulations apply in almost every workplace in the state, and its pandemic standards apply to all employees except those working from home or where there is a single employee who does not have contact with other people.
The rules would remain in effect into early next year, even as coronavirus cases plummet after a devastating winter spike and more people are vaccinated. The state’s infection rate remains less than 1% and more than 17 million of the state’s 40 million residents are fully vaccinated, health officials said Friday.
New Provisions Effective July 31, 2021: The proposed revisions to the ETS will create new provisions beginning on July 31, 2021, regardless of the ultimate effective date of the revised ETS themselves, including:
Requiring employers to provide respirators to all unvaccinated employees working indoors.
Requiring employers to provide COVID-19 testing on paid time to any unvaccinated employees showing COVID-19 symptoms.
Prior to July 31, 2021, employers will still be required to enforce physical distancing requirements, except for employees wearing properly-fitted respirators and at locations where all employees are either fully vaccinated or require a reasonable accommodation under federal or state law, i.e., for medical or religious reasons. Employers must supply respirators for voluntary use by non-vaccinated employees and test those employees for COVID-19 at least once per week (at no loss of pay to or out-of-pocket cost for the employee).
Also prior to July 31, 2021, employers will be required to evaluate the need for respirators in compliance with 8 CCR 5144, the extensive California regulation governing respiratory protection programs. Employers should familiarize themselves with these requirements as even voluntary respirator use by employees comes with certain specific obligations.

“You promised us no more restrictions as of June 15. You need to keep, not break, your promise. You need to stop Cal/OSHA’s notion of rejecting your June 15 schedule and imposing ongoing mask and distancing restrictions. This is your administration and your promise and it’s on your watch. No more restrictions, from you, your administration, or Cal/OSHA.”

STEP TWO: Plan now as an employer or employee to resist any new restrictions.
If you’re an employer, I urge you to reject this unscientific “order” to segregate your employees, pressure them to wear masks, get tests, and be injected with a dangerous experimental biological agent that has resulted in many deaths and injuries.
Realize that Cal/OSHA’s modus operandi means they’re unlikely to fine you for non-compliance. What’s more, it’s both impractical for them to police the whole state, or even want to, since more people are realizing face masks either don’t work or aren’t needed or promote delusions.
It’s time for you as an employer to stop fearing the empty threats of government tyrants and to reclaim your liberties! And consider this: Hypothetically, if you were to receive a fine, that would be an honor confirming you’re loyal to the Constitution and to science, that you support workplace productivity, and that you’re protecting your employees from unnecessary conflicts with co-workers, continued muzzling, inaccurate tests, and dangerous shots.
And if you’re an employee, please resist pressure to mask up, test, or be ‘jabbed.” Because there’s no requirement that you do any of this. So if a supervisor or human relations department representative tries to force you, tell them:
“Cal/OSHA isn’t requiring me to wear a mask, disclose my vaccination status, take a ‘Covid test,” or a ‘Covid vaccine,’ so you can’t force any of these things on me. There’s no law (passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor) behind Cal/OSHA’s recommendations. And Cal/OSHA itself says employers can only offer, not require, a test.”
“I have a medical exemption of a mask obstructing my breathing, so I can’t wear a mask.” (This is a declaration based on the May 3, 2021 CDPH list of exemptions and the fact that a cloth or paper face covering always obstructs breathing.)
“I do not consent to the medical experiment of a so-called ‘Covid vaccine.’ These are not approved by the FDA and have only been authorized on an emergency basis. Therefore they are experimental biological agents, which no one can force on me. I have state and federal rights, including California Health & Safety Code, Section 24172, which guarantees and protects my personal decision whether ‘to consent or not to consent to a medical experiment without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, coercion, or undue influence on the subject’s decision.'”

As you know, Big Pharma, Big Government, Big Media, and Big Tech are hiding the truth about mask effectiveness, telling you to just obey and mask up whenever they order you to do so.
Yet published on the website of the National Center for Biotechnological Information (NCBI), which is part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), is evidence that destroys claims that face masks for the general public are effective at blocking Covid (or other viruses).
The study, authored by Dr. Baruch Vainshelboim of Stanford University and published by the medical journal Medical Hypothesis, is carefully documented. For example, it explains what people who smell smoke through masks already know:
According to the current knowledge, the virus SARS-CoV-2 has a diameter of 60 nm to 140 nm [nanometers (billionth of a meter)] [16], [17], while medical and non-medical facemasks’ thread diameter ranges from 55 µm to 440 µm [micrometers (one millionth of a meter), which is more than 1000 times larger [25]. Due to the difference in sizes between SARS-CoV-2 diameter and facemasks thread diameter (the virus is 1000 times smaller), SARS-CoV-2 can easily pass through any facemask [25].
This honest study reports what the establishment won’t — that face masks are both useless and harmful:
The existing scientific evidences challenge the safety and efficacy of wearing facemask as preventive intervention for COVID-19. The data suggest that both medical and non-medical facemasks are ineffective to block human-to-human transmission of viral and infectious disease such as SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19, supporting against the usage of facemasks. Wearing facemasks has been demonstrated to have substantial adverse physiological and psychological effects. These include hypoxia, hypercapnia, shortness of breath, increased acidity and toxicity, activation of fear and stress response, rise in stress hormones, immunosuppression, fatigue, headaches, decline in cognitive performance, predisposition for viral and infectious illnesses, chronic stress, anxiety and depression. Long-term consequences of wearing facemasks can cause health deterioration, developing and progression of chronic diseases and premature death. Governments, policy makers and health organizations should utilize proper and scientific evidence-based approach with respect to wearing facemasks, when the latter is considered as preventive intervention for public health.
The American Institute of Economic Research (AIER) commends this courageous study, writing:
The paper appears in the midst of an ongoing effort on the part of Anthony Fauci, Joe Biden, and others to normalize and universalize mask wearing, even as many states are repealing their mask mandates with public support. The evidence that doing so has had any effect on the trajectory of the virus is scant at best. The most commonly cited study from the CDC barely finds a 0.5% difference in transmission rate over 20 days and 1.8% after 100 days. The longer the time the more variables are a concern; a simply and extremely weak correlation between two data points stretches credulity, especially when used to push a radical masking of the population.
In addition, many aspects of our emergent mask culture are implausible, such as the idea that you don’t catch or spread Covid while seated and eating and can thereby be unmasked but standing and walking are too risky and therefore require masks. As to wearing them outdoors or even alone on a hike in the woods, does one even need to comment?
Given that masking of healthy populations for long periods of time is a new policy, it is astounding that the media and scientific journals decided within a matter of months that the efficacy of the practice could not be questioned or studied, nor its adverse effects discussed.
Anyone who thinks that “science” is settled after a year of implementation of a mechanism that ostensibly reduces disease spread does not understand the meaning of the word. Science is a process, by which new information and evidence are incorporated as they are discovered. Anthony Fauci and Andrew Cuomo are exploiting the term “science” to convey to the public that certain beliefs cannot be questioned, and they are being assisted by big tech platforms like YouTube, which obviously seek to control the parameters of the discussion.
No matter how many times these people repeat the word “science,” they are promoting precisely the opposite of science: dogma. By contrast, Dr. Baruch Vainshelboim is pushing us to think more broadly and fundamentally, in a way that connects with pre-2020 intuition, and for this he deserves immense credit, as does Medical Hypothesis for having published this paper. Both make a courageous attempt to analyze the costs of adopting universal masking, which is to say advancing real science.
