2-day alert on SB 866 — keep up the pressure!

Monday, June 6, 2022, 6:43 pm | Randy Thomasson

SCROLL DOWN FOR YOUR NEW ACTION STEPS

Good news! SB 866 eliminating parental rights and informed consent on any and all vaccinations for teens and pre-teens was skipped over today (Monday, June 6) in an abbreviated floor session of the California State Assembly. THANK YOU to everyone who called the last few days — your pressure is working!

This delay until Thursday morning means you have more time to fight — and defeat — SB 866, which intends to eliminate parental consent and informed consent for controversial or risky vaccines for children as young as age 12!

Remember, under SB 866, parents won’t even know if their children are being manipulated, coerced, or bribed into baring their arm for a shot they don’t need and you don’t want. And how are 12-year-olds going to remember their medical history, and whether they’re susceptible to adverse reactions? And what if they have an adverse reaction — and the parent doesn’t know what caused it? SB 866 eliminates parental rights, at a time when parents are needed to provide “guardrails” against profit-motivated Big Pharma.

So because you want California families protected — both parents and their children — here are “both barrels” for your constitutional, pro-family “firepower” to strategically fight to stop SB 866 (and pave the way for more victories this election year). Please call now — you have until Thursday, June 9 at 9 a.m., when the Democrat-run Assembly meets again.

Below are who to call and what to say (and most of your calls will be voicemail messages without talking to a live person). However, if you want to say more, here are good talking points against SB 866.

STEP 1: Call your own California state assemblymember

Call your own state assemblymember during business hours — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. — whether they’re Republican or Democrat. Identify yourself when you tell your Republican assemblymember you want him or her to “Stand up, raise your microphone, and speak against SB 866 — don’t be silent on the Assembly floor!” Or, if you have a Democrat assemblymember, tell them, “Don’t attack parents — don’t eliminate parental rights on teen and pre-teen vaccinations. Children cannot give informed consent or be responsible for knowing their risks beforehand or dealing with problems after an injection. Oppose SB 866!”
Find your own assemblymember’s website and office numbers here.

STEP 2: Leave anonymous voicemails for up to 31 deciding votes

30 Assembly floor targets (30 Democrats and 1 independent)
Please leave anonymous voicemails 7pm to 8am, using the message for Democrats: “Don’t attack parents — don’t eliminate parental rights on teen and pre-teen vaccinations. Children cannot give informed consent or be responsible for knowing their risks beforehand or dealing with problems after an injection. Oppose SB 866!”

Call their State Capitol offices or legislative district offices or both, but anonymously and after hours 7pm to 8am (because Democrat offices “trash” non-constituent messages, so don’t let them know you live outside their district!)
