As you know, it’s categorically unfair to permit boys to compete in sports against girls.
Because, on average, boys having gone through puberty (think high school) are faster, stronger and more powerful than girls.
And it’s deceptive and fake for any boy to claim he’s a girl. If you’ve inherited a Y chromosome from your biological father, you’re male; if not, you’re female. The laws of Nature and Nature’s God cannot be altered.

So what’s the new Republican-controlled Congress going to do about it? On Jan. 14, the U.S. House passed H.R. 28, the “Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act 2025.” But what will it do, and would it help California?
