All California charter schools are pro-transsexuality

Wednesday, September 6, 2017, 10:00 pm | Randy Thomasson

Have you heard about a charter school in the relatively conservative community of Rocklin, California that’s pushing transsexuality as normal to kindergartners?

While moral parents, especially the parents of young children enrolled in this particular public school, are shocked and angry, the fact is, since SB 777 went into effect in 2008, every charter school in California has been legally required to support — thus promote — homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality in their enrollment, hiring, and school policies.

Why, you ask? Because charter schools are indeed “public” (government-controlled) schools, they must abide by State laws, and most of the homosexuality-bisexuality-transsexual agenda laws in the California Education Code apply to them since every California charter school is “an educational institution that receives, or benefits from, state financial assistance.” Even the liberal, pro-transsexuality principal of the Rocklin Academy knows this.

California Education Code excerpts that apply to all California public schools, including charter schools:

210.7. “Gender” means sex, and includes a person’s gender identity and gender related appearance and behavior whether or not stereotypically associated with the person’s assigned sex at birth.

212.3. “Religion” includes all aspects of religious belief, observance, and practice and includes agnosticism and atheism.

212.6. “Sexual orientation” means heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality.

220. No person shall be subjected to discrimination on the basis of disability, gender, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that is contained in the definition of hate crimes set forth in Section 422.55 of the Penal Code in any program or activity conducted by an educational institution that receives, or benefits from, state financial assistance or enrolls pupils who receive state student financial aid.

[Section 220 was updated, effective 2012, with transsexuality, cross-dressing, and “sex changes,” specifically written into the law as “gender identity” and “gender expression”: No person shall be subjected to discrimination on the basis of disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that is contained in the definition of hate crimes set forth in Section 422.55 of the Penal Code in any program or activity conducted by an educational institution that receives, or benefits from, state financial assistance or enrolls pupils who receive state student financial aid.

51500. No teacher shall give instruction nor shall a school district sponsor any activity that promotes a discriminatory bias because of a characteristic listed in Section 220.

[Also in 2012, California Penal Code 422.56, to which Education Code Section 220 is tied, was updated to include “gender identity and gender expression”:
(c) “Gender” means sex, and includes a person’s gender identity and gender expression. “Gender expression” means a person’s gender-related appearance and behavior whether or not stereotypically associated with the person’s assigned sex at birth.
(h) “Sexual orientation” means heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality.

So when a charter school teacher opened two pro-transsexuality books and read them to kindergartners, confusing and alarming them, it wasn’t only legal, but some would say it’s legally required. Because to not speak positively about all these sexual behaviors can be judged as “promoting a discriminatory bias.”

For whenever liberals — including liberals who are teachers and principals in irreligious, secular charter schools — see the words “discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying” in the law (Education Code, Section 234.1), they regard anyone who opposes transsexuality, cross-dressing, and “sex changes” as a bigot, a harasser, and a bully, and they say the law’s against you, against your values, and against your so-called free speech.

Thus, the homosexual-transsexual activists, Democrat politicians, and government schools combine to snuff out your parental rights, your constitutional rights, and your God-given right of conscience. Does this concern you?

So realize that even though California charter schools look, operate, and perform differently from the regular government schools, they are more alike than not — they both operate under the same state laws promoting unnatural, unhealthy, unbiblical, tyrannical homosexuality and transsexuality to children as young as kindergarten. They aren’t and cannot be made “parent friendly.”

The obvious solution to this big problem and a raft of other anti-child laws in the government schools is to permanently remove your boys and girls from these dysfunctional, nonacademic, godless government indoctrination centers and give them a real education — academically, morally, socially, and hopefully, spiritually — in home schools or Biblical church schools. If you’re still on the fence about whether transsexuality is good or bad to teach to children, realize that the politically-correct Centers for Disease Control has quietly reported that transsexuality has the highest HIV/AIDS rate in the United States. Please also see SaveCalifornia.com’s Science of the Sexes fact sheet and our Not Born This Way information.

CDC statistics show how men who delude themselves to think they’re women have an HIV transmission rate TRIPLE that of homosexual men (2.7% vs. .09%):
“Transgender people, particularly transgender women, are vulnerable to HIV infection. Available evidence suggests that, in relation to their population size, transgender women are among the most heavily affected populations in the United States … Meta-analyses and literature reviews of available studies provide evidence of the effects HIV has taken on the transgender community. In a recent analysis of CDC-funded HIV testing conducted nationwide, transgender women had the highest rates of HIV diagnoses (2.7%), followed by men (0.9%), transgender men (0.5%), and women (0.2%).” HIV and Transgender Communities, CDC Issue Brief, September 2016

At least 63% and as much as 91% of HIV/AIDS infections transmitted by “male-to-male sexual contact”:
“Approximately 1.1 million persons in the United States are living with HIV infection [1]. In 2010, the estimated number of new HIV infections was 47,500: of those, 63% were attributed to male-to-male sexual contact, 25% to heterosexual contact, 8% to injection drug use, and 3% to male-to-male sexual contact and injection drug use [2]” [Note: According to this CDC report, “All the participants had at least 1 male sex partner,” including those males who “self-identified as heterosexual”] CDC, HIV Surveillance Special Report: Men Who Have Sex with Men, 20 U.S. Cities, 2011

California GOP embraces homosexual behavior

Don’t expect moral values from the California Republican Party. Because the two-prong infiltration of the state party by homosexual activists is now complete.

Earlier this year, the state GOP partnered with the pro-homosexuality-bisexuality-transsexuality “Log Cabin” group, making them an official chapter of the state party. The Republican Party now officially supports homosexual activists, who advance the unnatural, unhealthy, unbiblical, tyrannical, homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda, which punishes dissent.

charlesmungerjrAnd now, at the Republican Party convention in Anaheim over the weekend, these homosexual activists have partnered with the “financial savior” of the Republican Party, the liberal billionaire Charles Munger, Jr. , to remove all opposition to sexual perversity in the state party platform.

Here’s the change to the “family” section of the platform, which I helped write more than a decade ago:

THEN: We believe public policy and education should not be exploited to present or teach homosexuality as an acceptable “alternative” lifestyle. We oppose same-sex partner benefits, child custody, and adoption.

NOW: We believe public policy and education should not be exploited to advocate or teach any social or political agenda.

Note how not only has opposition to homosexuality been removed, but now the California Republican Party will not act in any way to protect businesses or children from the homosexual agenda.

And what’s this overly-broad opposition to “any social or political agenda”? If the Republican Party opposes any “agenda” (which would include patriotism, constitutionalism, republicanism, conservatism, capitalism, etc.) then what in the world does the Republican Party stand for anymore?

Another big change in the “equal opportunity” section of the platform:

THEN: We support laws prohibiting discrimination in employment and housing based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, or religion. We oppose any special rights based on sexual or behavioral preferences.

NOW: We support laws prohibiting discrimination in employment and housing based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or religion.

So you see — “sexual orientation,” which state law defines as “heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality” — has been inserted as a behavior that the California Republican Party will now defend from border to border. And by deleting opposition to “special rights based on sexual or behavioral preferences,” the Republican Party is declaring it will not oppose the homosexual-bisexual-transsexual “rights” agenda, nor oppose any “rights” claims that are sexual- or behavior-based. Scary.

chadmayesWhat does this all mean? The California Republican Party has removed all opposition to sexual perversity, and they will no longer fight it. And some Republicans will champion homosexuality. Just ask the new Assembly Republican Leader Chad Mayes, the proud “son of a pastor…committed Christian and leader in his local church,” who this year voted to celebrate homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality, as well as 14 other Republican state legislators who voted to celebrate sexual perversity). Their anti-family actions speak louder than their pro-family words, don’t they?

This is a sad season for the California Republican Party – and Republican State Assembly leadership – which has scrubbed opposition to homosexuality and transsexuality from its platform, and which gives only lip service to protecting religious freedom and children from further sexual indoctrination.

I left the Republican Party after it embraced and took on the identity of Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2003, because I knew the immoral agenda that Arnold stood for. He help “terminate” family values in California state law! As a Christian, I prefer loyalty to God’s standards over dumbing down in order to “win.” And I know that speaking the truth in love is always a success in God’s sight.

stupid-or-evilIt’s been said there’s the evil party and the stupid party. Are you seeing the difference between evil and stupid, or are you seeing stupid voluntarily becoming evil?

What to do if you’re a Republican in California? Whether you stay in or leave the Republican Party, I encourage you to become even a stronger individual voice for Truth and a stronger activist for moral values in your community. As I’ve advocated for several years, support good, individual candidates who champion all that is good and true — and never give money to the Republican Party, because you could be funding pro-perversity candidates.

Why it’s more than OK to leave the California Republican Party

By now, you’ve probably heard that the California Republican Party, for all practical purposes, has embraced the “LGBT” agenda. How? Despite their now-nearly-meaningless pro-family platform for man-woman marriage and against the homosexual agenda (which I helped draft years ago), the state GOP has officially partnered with the pro-homosexuality-bisexuality-transsexuality “Log Cabin” group, making them an official chapter of the state party.

It’s another downward slide for California’s “Grand Old Party” that’s already been redefined by pro-“LGBT” Republicans Arnold Schwarzenegger and Neel Kashkari, and by some Republican state legislators who voted pro-perversity but still got re-elected. Add to this Republican governors nationwide who are derelict of duty by permitting unconstitutional, homosexual “marriages.”

Some of you already know I left the Republican Party in 2003 when Arnold Schwarzenegger became its standard-bearer. Early in the recall election, I knew he was in favor of killing preborn babies with taxpayer dollars and that he supported nearly all of the harmful “LGBT” agenda (revealing in his 2nd term that he embraced ALL of it). And then he championed a big tax hike. Why did I cancel my party membership? Because I didn’t want my character to keep compromising, sliding down — and dumbing down.

And now, with California’s “jungle primary,” there’s no penalty for becoming an independent / decline to state / no party preference. You can vote for whomever you want — Republicans or Democrats or other — in the June primary election. You can vote, act, and speak on the issues and values you believe in– even when Republican leaders push the opposite.

So, for the sake of your principles and your moral character, there’s everything to gain and nothing to lose by declaring independence and leaving the major political parties behind. You can still vote and work for candidates of your own choosing. The Democratic Party joined the forces of wickedness a long time ago. Now the Republican Party is calling bad good, which should give you moral indigestion.

Ready to separate yourself from the perversity of the main political parties? You can reregister to vote here.

“I didn’t leave the Democratic party, the party left me.”
Ronald Reagan in 1962
