Could one of the worst anti-family bills in the California State Legislature this year be stopped because uber-liberal Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom dislikes it?
SB 276 would eliminate a pediatrician’s right to provide vaccination exemptions for children at risk. This is despite evidence of family health weaknesses, vaccine-damaged siblings, and parents’ medical concerns. Instead, the State would decide.
Yet, when quizzed about this bad bill at the Democrats’ state convention on June 1, Newsom surprised liberal reporters. Here’s an excerpt from the Sacramento Bee report:
“I’m a parent. I don’t want someone that the governor of California appointed to make a decision for my family,” he told reporters after his speech at the California Democratic Party Convention.
Although Newsom said he strongly supports the bill Brown signed in 2015, he said he’s concerned about handing those decisions over to a government appointee, not a doctor.
“I believe in immunizations… however I do legitimately have concerns about a bureaucrat making a decision that is very personal,” Newsom said. “That’s just something we need to pause and think about.”
What’s going on here? Does Newsom or his wife (California’s self-proclaimed “First Partner”) know any vaccine-damaged children, or have friends with vaccine-damaged children? Or do they know Robert Kennedy, Jr., a California Democrat, who’s a national leader against forced vaccination?
In any case, Newsom’s public comments provide hope for California parents and grandparents who support parental rights and medical freedom. It’s time to unite for what’s right. So whether you’re pro- or anti-vaccine, let’s stand our ground for parental rights, medical freedom, and resistance to tyrannical government by urging Governor Newsom to veto SB 276 if it reaches his desk.
Let’s face it. Children belong to parents, not the State. And parents are responsible for raising their own children — and that includes informed consent for ALL medical care, including being adequately informed about the pros and cons of numerous vaccines routinely injected into babies.
PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION
STEP 1. Copy our pre-written message below into the Governor’s web contact form. Once on that web form, select “Have Comment.” Then, under “Please choose your subject,” select “OTHER.” Then paste in the following message (which you can edit, of course):
Please veto SB 276. This bill would eliminate the doctor-patient relationship concerning medical exemptions for childhood vaccinations. This ignores the real-life concerns of parents with children with genetic weaknesses or children who are already vaccine-damaged. Veto SB 276. Don’t permit the State to trump parents and pediatricians by creating a harsh, “one size fits all” vaccination bureaucracy.
STEP 2. Call Governor Gavin Newsom’s constituent services phone line at 916-445-2841 (9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday). When your call is answered, simply read all or part of the above message. (The person answering will also ask for your name and address, which you can always decline to provide.)

People bring children into this world and nurture them through long years of dependency. They do this with no hope of immediate gain and every expectation of sleepless nights, financial burdens, and daily vexations … Scholars bent on finding self-serving explanations for behavior will argue that parents produce offspring because the latter are useful as unpaid laborers and future breadwinners. While this no doubt occurs and may explain why some parents feel a duty to their children, it cannot explain why children should feel any obligation to their parents. As “Unplanned” filled our eyes and ears on the big screen, I saw women in the audience grabbing Kleenex boxes. Similarly touched, my eyes got watery several times.
Afterward, in the theater corridor, I talked with a man who saw “Unplanned” with me. He said it’s obvious how abortion dehumanizes babies. He also said his wife is pro-abortion. I encouraged him to invite his wife to see “Unplanned” and to reward her with dinner out.
Before exiting the theater’s front doors, I talked with a wheelchair-bound theater employee. His slurred speech indicated he had cerebral palsy. I encouraged him to see “Unplanned” because there are evil forces that don’t want him to see it, and they’re the same dark forces who think it was wrong for him to be born. With a big grin on his face, he said he would see “Unplanned.”
After personally experiencing this historic film, I now know why the “progressive” Left is so opposed to teenage girls seeing “Unplanned.” It’s the very same reason why the “Motion Picture Association of America” (MPAA) slapped ‘Unplanned’ with an unfair R rating. You see, the Left just doesn’t want girls, aged 13, 14, 15, and 16, to see the truth about abortion. Yet the government schools tell these same girls they expect them to have sex and that abortion is acceptable.
Bottom line, they don’t want teenage girls to:
- Recognize that the “fetus” is a separate person, not mere “tissue”
- See the ultrasound of a baby in the womb, being killed via suction abortion
- Witness the stomach-churning, blood-curdling effects of swallowing abortion pills
- Observe the money-grubbing lies of Planned Parenthood abortionists
- Remember the bloody reality of Planned Parenthood killing centers
Because if teenage girls — and their parents — saw these facts, there would be fewer abortions and more Planned Parenthood abortuaries would close. And Planned Parenthood wouldn’t like that, would they?
You can’t watch “Unplanned” without opposing abortion. I think its high point was showing a baby in the womb (via computer animation) being dismembered and suctioned out in a tube. Not since seeing a real abortion in 1984’s The Silent Scream have I or so many people seen an abortion depicted on the big screen, as in “Unplanned.” I was again shocked by the eviscerating inhumanity of abortion.
Another thing that “Unplanned” impressed upon me is how Planned Parenthood abortionists are trying to redefine femininity to mean women should kill their babies, instead of give birth to their babies. That’s the whole point of Planned Parenthood’s killing business. And it’s the whole point of the color pink at Planned Parenthood political rallies with female Democrat politicians at their side.
What’s more, “Unplanned” strongly suggests that being pro-abortion is a soul problem — that it requires industrial-strength denial to support the killing of innocent boys and girls, in the same place all of us once were — our mother’s womb. Yet “Unplanned” unleashes a barrage of compassionate facts against this denial, opening the mind to Planned Parenthood’s barbaric practices.
Spiritually, the devil is very happy with abortion in America. As the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ, said in John 10:10, “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.” “Unplanned” can help Americans repent of supporting abortion and voting for abortion. Otherwise, how can God bless America? As Creator God repeatedly says in His Word, the bloodguilt of a nation is a terrible sin.
If you’ve been mortified by photos or videos of piles of dead bodies and the crematoriums at Nazi concentration camps, you can’t help but sense the same demonic spirit of Planned Parenthood that’s seen in “Unplanned.” It’s sobering to realize that the U.S. abortion industry has murdered 61 million pre-born babies since 1973’s Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton Supreme Court opinions.
Please see “Unplanned.” You can boost its box-office numbers and help expose Planned Parenthood’s modern-day atrocities. You’ll be energized in your pro-life, pro-family values. And if you take them with you, most persons who call themselves “pro-choice” will have their minds forever changed.
“When I’m asked today what someone might have said to get me to change my mind about having either abortion, I tell them it would be this: ‘What do you think would disappoint your parents most? To find out that you’d gotten pregnant, or to learn that you had taken the life of their grandchild?'”

“Transgender” athletes in school sports are making the news again. And it’s your opportunity to easily explain to people the harm of allowing boys to masquerade as girls.
In the above photograph of the runners, two biological boys (the two black boys on the left) won first and second place in the 55-meter dash earlier this month. These boys, who say they’re transgender and call themselves “girls,” beat all the girls running, turning the biological girls into losers.
 It is so unfair to allow boys to compete in athletics against girls. Here’s why: “Male athletes have a higher ratio of muscle mass to body weight, which allows for greater speed and acceleration. This explains why female speed records in running and swimming are consistently 10 percent slower than men’s, and why, on average, they have two thirds of the strength of men.”
The transgender lie is so obvious, that tennis star Martina Navratilova, a self-proclaimed “lesbian,” says permitting biological males (both adolescents and adults) to compete in women’s sports is “cheating” and “insane.”
 “To put the argument at its most basic,” she wrote this weekend in an op-ed for the Sunday Times of London, “a man can decide to be female, take hormones if required by whatever sporting organisation is concerned, win everything in sight and perhaps earn a small fortune, and then reverse his decision and go back to making babies if he so desires.” Source
“It is surely unfair on women who have to compete against people who, biologically, are still men. I am happy to address a transgender woman in whatever form she prefers, but I would not be happy to compete against her.” Navratilova, who became a target for abuse after coming out as gay in 1981, said she deplored the “tyranny” of transgender activists who “denounce anyone who argues against them.” Source
For speaking this biological truth, Navratilova has been kicked off an advisory board for “LGBT” athletes.
Every woman and girl who supports equal opportunity for women or women’s sports should oppose the unnatural transsexual agenda. For when adolescent boys and men pretend to be women, the real women always lose.
Who voted to impose this unfair policy upon all California K-12 public schools?
 Signed by Governor Jerry Brown in 2013 after passage by 46 Democrats in the State Assembly and 21 Democrats in the State Senate, AB 1266 requires all K-12 public schools to permit biological boys in girls’ restrooms, showers, clubs, and sports teams; and biological girls in boys’ restrooms, showers, clubs, and sports teams. The “right” to violate these sexual boundaries is solely a self declaration of a different “gender identity.”
Passed by the majority Democrats in the California Legislature, AB 1266 tramples parents’ rights and invades the personal comfort zones of millions of children for a handful of sexually confused children who need professional counseling. Not only is transsexuality unnatural and unhealthy, AB 1266 invites blatant fraud, since there are porn-influenced boys who will try to see girls partially or fully naked by declaring themselves “female” for the day.
AB 1266 mandates this agenda and permits this abuse, reading, “A pupil shall be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs and activities, including athletic teams and competitions, and use facilities consistent with his or her gender identity, irrespective of the gender listed on the pupil’s records.”
