ALERT: Demand Speaker Mike Johnson investigate and expose election fraud

Wednesday, December 6, 2023, 7:52 am | Randy Thomasson

This alert is so needed and can be totally effective.

Because it’s all under the control of the constitutional, Christian speaker of the U.S. House, who was very concerned about election fraud in the 2000 presidential election.

Since January 2023 when the Republicans took back control of the U.S. House of Representatives, SaveCalifornia.com has been urging the creation of a House subcommittee to investigate and expose election fraud. But then-speaker Kevin McCarthy of Bakersfield just wasn’t interested (he had blamed President Donald Trump for Jan. 6).

Yet now, with McCarthy ousted, our chance to restore America’s democratic republic has massively increased with Speaker Mike Johnson. Without consulting any RINOs, he can authorize a subcommittee and name a chairman, with the high calling of investigating allegations of election fraud in battleground states and other states.

Mike Johnson can and must do this now, so that hearings can begin in January. If enough evidence of election fraud is uncovered, it can motivate and unite Republican-controlled legislatures in 26 states, and perhaps also in the divided Pennsylvania lower house, to introduce and pass needful reforms.

It’s time for conservatives to lobby Mike Johnson. Now adding to SaveCalifornia.com’s public call is a Nov. 24 public letter to Speaker Johnson from a conservative, constitutional Republican group in Florida, which generated conservative media coverage on Nov. 29.

Seize this opportunity for action. As constitutional conservatives noticed in 2020 and 2022, the elimination of one-day voting, rising opposition to hand-counting of ballots, and the advent of universal mail-in voting, unmanned drop boxes, alterable computers, along with unconstitutional bureaucrats, have all opened the door to election fraud, which is crying out to be investigated, exposed, and overcome in a very public way — and quickly.

For, without honest elections, constitutional conservatives are losing hope — and this pressing problem needs to be exposed now and fixed in early 2024.

PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION
Urge new U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson to investigate election fraud, which he has the authority and ability to order. A Republican subcommittee to investigate election fraud must be a top priority. Exposing election fraud as real will motivate more Republican state legislatures to write and pass bills to reform their election processes, including eliminating widescale mail-in ballots.

STEP 1: Please call Mike Johnson’s Washington, DC office at 202-225-2777 to easily leave this simple message: “I’m calling to urge Mike Johnson to create an election fraud subcommittee to publicly investigate and expose this huge problem.”

STEP 2: Share this important alert with friends in other states, encouraging them to call Mike Johnson’s office. The more lobbying calls from more states, the better!

STEP 3: Copy and paste portions of this alert as comments on popular conservative social media pages. Conservatives everywhere should be on Mike Johnson like white on rice!

STEP 4: If you’re part of a conservative group, ask them to write a public letter similar to that from Lee County, Florida calling upon Speaker Mike Johnson to authorize an election fraud subcommittee. Send it to Johnson and to conservative media, including The GateWay Pundit. Let’s get the ball rolling to restore honest, accurate elections!

I have just called President Trump to say this: “Stay strong and keep fighting, sir! The nation is depending upon your resolve. We must exhaust every available legal remedy to restore Americans’ trust in the fairness of our election system.

Needed: A conservative constitutional fighter

Sunday, October 22, 2023, 12:05 pm | Randy Thomasson

2ND UPDATE Tuesday Oct. 24: In tonight’s Republican caucus meeting, a fourth round of voting to choose a House speaker nominee. And, with 128 votes, Mike Johnson of Louisiana has the majority. Among all the speaker candidates so far, with Liberty Score of 74%, Mike Johnson is the 5th-most conservative (after Byron Donalds (100%), Jim Jordan (94%), Kevin Hern (82%), and Gary Palmer (80%). So will the RINOs finally fold and support Johnson?

UPDATE Tuesday Oct. 24: Today, RINO Tom Emmer (Majority Whip under former speaker Kevin McCarthy) won the majority vote of the Republican caucus. Yet it took four ballots, more Emmer and his moderate/liberal “Republican” allies expected. Then Emmer requested a roll call vote of Republicans and more than 20 conservative, moral-values Republicans said “no way” to Emmer’s left-leaning candidacy. So after 4 hours of hard questions in this private “town hall meeting,” Emmer ended his bid for speaker (see latest updates).

As soon as Wednesday, Oct. 25, another round — five Republicans will speak to the Republican caucus members about why they should be speaker. Among the five now running, can you spot the RINOs (Republicans in Name Only)? Hint: They have low grades on conservative, constitutional policies:

Byron Donalds of Florida
Liberty Score 100% (A grade)

Chuck Fleischmann of Tennessee
Liberty Score 56% (F grade)

Mark Green of Tennessee
Liberty Score 85% (B grade)

Mike Johnson of Louisiana
Liberty Score 74% (C grade)

Roger Williams of Texas
Liberty Score 76% (C grade)

Call your Republican U.S. Rep now at 202-225-3121 to demand Byron Donalds as speaker!

After rejecting both RINO Steve Scalise and pro-family constitutionalist Jim Jordan, the registered Republicans running the U.S. House of Representatives are now on “round three” of speaker candidates.

Demonstrating how this race is now wide open, there are several who have thrown their hats into the ring. On Friday, SaveCalifornia.com showed our social media followers the conservative moral/social/fiscal issues Liberty Scores of the speaker candidates:

Today’s update is Jodey Arrington of Texas is not running, but Gary Palmer of Alabama is. And among the Republican speaker candidates, Palmer has the third-highest Liberty Score — 80%. The Republican caucus is expected to hold internal votes as soon as this Tuesday.

UPDATE Monday, Oct. 23: RINO Republican Dan Meuser has dropped out.

Why do these scores, based on member’s actual votes, matter? Because we need a conservative constitutional fighter as the powerful Speaker of the House to: short-term, steadfastly stop all bad bills; mid-term, aggressively use the House’s investigatory powers to expose the Deep State, the Bidens, election fraud, and much more; and long-term, to help true conservatives (not RINOs) be elected.

TAKE QUICK ACTION: Call your own Republican U.S. Representative (if you have one), to say “Support a conservative constitutional fighter for speaker.” It would also be wise to name your top 1, 2, or 3 speaker picks, since at Tuesday’s private, internal meeting, there might be several ballots in an elimination process. Call 202-225-3121 and provide your zip code, or send an email via house.gov when you enter your zip code.

Should Kevin McCarthy become speaker?

Update Jan. 6, 11:17 p.m. PT: Trickery has made RINO Kevin McCarthy of Bakersfield Speaker of the House. In tonight’s 15th ballot for speaker, because 4 RINO Republicans purposely didn’t vote and the 6 moral-values constitutional stalwarts voted “present,” this lowered the threshold of votes needed. Conservatives, you now have 3 RINO Republican speakers in a row — John Boehner, Paul Ryan, now Kevin McCarthy, all birds of a feather who value power over principle. Still, the very public 3 days of resistance by 21 Republican U.S. Representatives very concerned about corruption at the top was so needed. And while not replacing a RINO (Republican In Name Only) with a constitutional fighter, there were several important concessions won in negotiation with McCarthy to make the House rules the fairest in decades. Constitutional Americans must hold McCarthy accountable to his promises. I grieve the agreed-upon framework does not include a House investigation into election fraud of the 2020 and 2022 elections. For how can we have a democratic republic without the confidence of one person, one vote? In all of this, conservative constitutional voters are excited about Matt Gaetz, whom I believe could be Florida’s next governor, and a great one at that.

Update Jan. 5, 8:31 p.m. PT: So far, there have been 11 defeats for California RINO Kevin McCarthy of Bakersfield. Eleven slow, roll-call votes over the last 3 days, and each time McCarthy failed to reach 218, which is the minimal majority of elected House members. I’m still predicting McCarthy will NOT be elected Speaker of the House. As someone who tries to be “stubborn” for what’s right in God’s sight, I recognize there are at least 5 “Never-Kevins” in the U.S. House of Representatives, which is enough to block him from reaching 218. They are Matt Gaetz of Florida, Lauren Boebert of Colorado, Andy Biggs of Arizona, Bob Good of Virginia, and Matt Rosendale of Montana. And likely even more “Never-Kevins.” As Matt Gaetz said this evening on the Laura Ingraham Show, “I will not be voting for Kevin McCarthy. I resent the extent to which he utilizes the lobbyists and special interests to dictate how political decisions, policy decisions, and leadership decisions are made. We have zero trust in him.” Starting 9am California time on Friday, Jan. 6, you can watch Day 4 of the speakership battle on https://www.c-span.org or https://live.house.gov.

Update Jan. 4, 9:16 p.m. PT: With the evening floor session quickly adjourning without a vote, we know there will be a Republican speaker of the house, but it won’t be Kevin McCarthy. At least 5 Republicans who are currently voting for moral-values constitutional Republican Byron Donalds of Florida have publicly said they’ll never vote for McCarthy, who will never get to the 218 votes needed, and someone more conservative and honest will be chosen, probably within a couple days. Why this fight? For decades now in our country, the establishment, power-over-principle, cave-to-immorality  “Republicans” have waged a not-so-quiet war with constitutional Republicans. We get RINOs when average Republicans vote for “the lesser of two evils,” which means worse and worse elected representatives, shutting out less-moneyed constitutional conservatives. It’s remarkable on the House floor 21 Republican members are standing firm to say “No more.” These moral-values constitutional champions against corruption deserve our applause. Have a Republican U.S. Representative? Call 202-225-3121 (the Capitol switchboard) and tell him or her how you want them to vote.

Update Jan. 3, 3:48 pm PT: There’s a constitutional revolution on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives! Today, on the third ballot to elect a new Speaker of the House, constitutional Republicans who want a fighter for moral, social, and fiscal values increased from 19 to 20 votes against RINO Kevin McCarthy of California and in favor of pro-family conservative standard-bearer Jim Jordan of Ohio. If they hold out for days or weeks, they can prevail; because 218 votes are required to be elected speaker, and McCarthy is only getting 202 votes. See the latest here. The House will reconvene Wednesday 12 noon ET. You can watch the floor action live here.

On Tuesday, January 3, the new Congress will be installed, and the new, Republican-controlled U.S. House of Representatives will vote to replace Nancy Pelosi as speaker.

Yet with Republicans holding a slim majority in the new House, the question is not whether a Republican will replace Pelosi, but what kind of Republican?

If you’ve been tracking with SaveCalifornia.com the past year, you know the intense war between Good and Evil will not be won by merely “voting right.”

In 2022, silent Republicans in the California Assembly helped bad bills pass. Likewise, on December 8, 2022, the tyrannical, sexual anarchy bill, H.R. 8404, passed the U.S. House, with Nancy Pelosi, Hakeem Jeffries (the new Democrat leader), and Steny Hoyer (the #2 Democrat under Pelosi) all standing and speaking for it.

But unlike his Democrat counterparts, the Republican minority leader, Kevin McCarthy of Bakersfield, didn’t stand and speak on the floor, and it’s apparent he didn’t in a Republican caucus either.

Because less than half a dozen Republicans spoke against this monstrous bill on the floor, and 39 “Republicans” voted for it, including McCarthy’s lieutenants Elise Stephanik (third-ranking House Republican) and Tom Emmer (incoming GOP Whip).

So, you have to ask — what good is it to read the U.S. Constitution on the floor — as Kevin McCarthy plans to do — if you won’t speak up and fight for religious freedom in the First Amendment, which H.R. 8404 crushes?

Here’s more about McCarthy’s actions hurting constitutional values:

June 15, 2016: Caught on tape: When learning the Russians had hacked the Democrat National Committee, McCarthy said, “I’ll guarantee you that’s what it is…The Russians hacked the DNC and got the opp research that they had on Trump.” “There’s two people I think Putin pays: Rohrabacher and Trump. Swear to God.”

January 2021: McCarthy was again recorded, saying what he planned to tell outgoing President Donald Trump: “It would be my recommendation you should resign” and in assessing President Trump’s peaceful, First-Amendment comments at the Jan. 6, 2021 Stop the Steal rally: “atrocious and totally wrong”…”incited people”

May 3, 2021: Tucker Carlson reports that Kevin McCarthy is “rooming” with Frank Luntz, who’s been working hard to “moderate” the Republican Party

February 17, 2022: Lou Dobbs: “I’ll be kind, if not RINO, a middle-of-the-roader. I personally believe him to be outright a RINO. The party needs strength, it needs vision, it needs energy, vibrancy, and new blood in leadership — it’s that simple.”

When the U.S. House of Representatives votes January 3, McCarthy can lose no more than four Republican votes, and it’s predicted 10-15 constitutional fighters will block McCarthy’s bid to become Speaker of the House. Hopefully a conservative, constitutional fighter, such as Matt Gaetz or Jim Jordan, will be elected on a succeeding ballot.
