What now, as kids will get ‘LGBT’ role models?

Sunday, October 16, 2011, 8:17 pm |

By now you’ve probably heard that the effort to repeal SB 48, California’s latest government school sexual indoctrination bill, has failed.

As many pro-family Californians know, it’s not for lack of trying. But as many concerned citizens don’t know, it’s because of money. Without paying professional, experienced teams to work eight hours per day gathering most of the signatures, volunteer-only drives for the statewide ballot historically fall short. A campaign must be financed by major donors to get the job done. A similar volunteer effort in 2007 gathered less than half of the requisite signatures.

As a native Californian, I cannot remember a statewide initiative qualifying for the ballot without major funds to hire professional firms that gather and pre-validate the large bulk of the necessary signatures, within a strict deadline. Contributions of $1 million or more are essential near the start of a referendum effort, which has even less time to gather signatures (90 days) than statutory initiatives or state constitutional amendments (150 days).

So that’s the reality, and it is certainly sad. It’s sad for the children who will be further brainwashed, and it’s sad for average citizens who thought they could qualify for the ballot on volunteer energies alone.

And now, the pressing question is — what will parents and grandparents do? SB 48 — mandating homosexual-bisexual-transsexual role models for children as young as kindergarten in K-12 government schools —  is going into effect in January, to brainwash kids to think that homosexuality, bisexuality, and cross-dressing is good and natural and maybe even for them. SB 48 is 1 of 8 school sexual indoctrination laws.

And when you consider the low academic performance and terrible peer pressure in the average government school, as well other immoral, anti-God policies for all California public schools, you know it is time for action. You only have one shot at raising your child.

Reasons to Be Concerned about Having Your Child in Public Schools

1. Your child will be subjected to sexual indoctrination. With SB 48’s “LGBT” role models, California now has EIGHT state laws promoting homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality to children as young as kindergarten, with no parental opt-in or opt-out.

2. Your child is unlikely to learn to read proficiently. California ranks 46th in the nation in fourth grade reading proficiency, with roughly 3 out of 4 students (76%) failing to read at grade level — despite California teachers being among the highest paid in the U.S.

3. Your child will be greatly subjected to negative peer pressure. Children in public schools are more likely to have earlier experiences and develop negative habits in these areas: lying, cussing, cheating, excessive dieting, wearing revealing clothes, pornography, sexual activity, smoking, drugs, alcohol, and even violence. Rescue Your Child Now

The public schools are controlled by the government. They are not “your” schools, because they tell you what to do, not the other way around. SaveCalifornia.com has been saying this for nearly 4 years now. And today we all need to be reminded again that government schools have imploded morally, socially, academically, and spiritually.

The only way to opt out your children from this mess is to exit the government schools and enter the Promised Land of homeschooling and church school. Millions of parents in the United States have exited the government schools; you can too. You CAN homeschool or AFFORD a low-cost church school. To give your children the best and to protect them from ruinous influences that drag down their character, this is your only option.

While some parents may initially find this solution uncomfortable or difficult, my question is this: How much worse does it have to get before you intervene? If a speeding car was on a collision course with your child, wouldn’t you do all you could to rush to rescue your child? And what if you found out someone was planning to sexually molest your child? Nothing could stop you from rescuing your boy or girl. Think about it. If we are so concerned about the physical safety of children, why wouldn’t we also protect their mental, emotional, and spiritual safety? Realize that the raft of school sexual indoctrination mandates imposed on all children in California government schools amounts to mental molestation.

Testimonies of Parents Who Have Left the Government Schools

JILL — “I never in a million years would have thought I’d be homeschooling. My kids attended school in 2 different states and no issues, great grades and attitudes. 2 months after starting school in CA it’s been all downhill. The teachers, principals, school boards, they don’t care. It’s ALL about the ‘California Standard,’ which I’ve found to be whatever the teacher wants to teach. My kids are learning more than they would in school and are happier.”

MARY — “I had been undecided on whether to send my kids to private/Christian schools or public schools until I heard about the Harvey Milk Day stuff. That cemented my decision to do what I need to in order to send our kids to private schools when they are old enough. That way my husband and I will have more say in what our children are taught. I don’t need someone cramming things totally against our belief system down my children’s throats and basically telling me to shove off. I’m the parent, not the school system. I know what’s best for my children, and learning about some pervert gay man is not good for them.” More testimonials

Sure Solutions for Parents

1. Homeschool: If you can read a TV guide, you can homeschool. Working parents are homeschooling. Single moms are homeschooling. They are not letting anything get in the way of shepherding and protecting their child, and they are benefiting from the excellent curriculum packages that essentially “do the teaching” for you.

You can purchase a comprehensive homeschool curriculum package – which includes enrollment, placement/achievement testing, curriculum development, textbooks, tests, handbooks, grading, report cards, diplomas, initial transcript, etc. – for as little as $40 per month per child. Many homeschooling parents do it for even less, with their kids turning out great. See our special website RescueYourChild.com for steps to start

2. Church school: If you cannot or will not homeschool, the next best is a solid church school. There are low-cost church schools in California for as little as $3,000 per year. That’s around $57 a week. Imagine that, a solid church-based school and good, moral environment for as little as $8 per day!

Go online to research existing church-based schools in your area. Ask around and check them out. You must persevere in your search to find what’s available and what’s good. Rescue your child from the immoral, imploding government schools!

If you have a courageous pastor, ask him for permission to transform an empty classroom into a low-cost school for you and other parents. There are homeschool curriculum companies that will help you set it up. Remember, the curriculum does the teaching, and one adult can facilitate 20 children in a classroom, all working at different grade levels. This is a life-changing ministry which is so necessary. REACHING PARENTS WHO DON’T KNOW: Right now, thanks to the generosity of people who care, SaveCalifornia.com is strategically preparing a media campaign to reach, warn, and direct morally-sensitive parents to solutions. Most dads and moms have no idea about these 8 laws and the negative impact government schools are having on their children. Will you help us reach more parents? Donate online or by mail

“And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD,
choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve,
whether the gods which your fathers served
that were on the other side of the River,
or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell.
But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

5 reasons to see ‘Courageous’ this weekend

Friday, September 30, 2011, 1:48 pm |

Today, I recorded a SaveCalifornia.com Radio Show with Stephen Kendrick, the producer and co-writer of the  new Christian values movie, “Courageous.” (The film opens tonight, the radio show airs next week).

As you know, SaveCalifornia.com has been promoting “Courageous Dads Month” for the past 30 days. We’re showing people the exciting trailers of “Courageous,” how to locate a theater showing the film, how to obtain the “Resolution for Men” and the “Resolution for Women,” and more.

I’m enthused that more dads are seeing and catching the vision — which is, if you want good kids, you need to become a Godly father.

Here are 5 reasons I encourage you to see “Courageous” tonight or Saturday or Sunday:

1. Fathers will discover or rediscover their God-given purpose.
2. Wives will be encouraged how to support their husbands during crisis.
3. Children will learn virtues that train them to be moral adults.
4. Pastors will be encouraged to instruct and raise up a new generation of Godly fathers.
5. If enough people see “Courageous” this opening weekend, the box office numbers will go up, Hollywood will notice, and more family values moral movies will be made and distributed and supported.

And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath,
but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.
Ephesians 6:4 NKJV

Take our Courageous Challenge

If you want to be a better father or learn what a good father looks like, I want to encourage you to see the new film, “Courageous,” opening this weekend.

We must all recognize that America has a fatherhood crisis. The crime, immorality, materialism, selfishness, laziness, idolatry, and hatred of God and man in society can be traced to the lack of Godly fathers in the home (or completely missing from the home).

For if a father leads, loves, provides, and shepherds his family to trust and obey God with a heart of love and actions that follow, his children will be positive lights in our culture, making it better, not worse. As “Courageous” vividly depicts, just being “a good enough father” doesn’t cut it.

Listen to my latest SaveCalifornia.com Minute to be reminded of the consequences of not capturing your daughter’s heart.

Any father who wants to discover his God-given purpose can do exactly that by seeing “Courageous.” That’s why SaveCalifornia.com is getting behind the life-changing, family-rescuing film. Love your your family and see “Courageous” this weekend, and tell others.
