When both polls and election-day returns have the Republican candidate winning, it’s logically suspect when, a month later, the Democrat “wins” with mailed-in, provisional, and “cured” ballots. This sickening “process” has made many question the election results.
The burden of proof of an accurate chain of custody is upon the guardians of the “black box” of the county registrar of voters. For we don’t know how many fraudulent ballots are accepted and processed. Yet these county officials just say, in so many words, “trust us.”
This is why, in early February, SaveCalifornia.com will help you call and email President Donald Trump and his new attorney general to urge them to investigate, expose, and prosecute election fraud in all 50 states.
In the meantime, stop and realize there’s a UniParty comprised of Democrats and RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) who are making our culture more immoral and our government bigger. RINOs can vote in favor of baby-killing or sexual perversity or bloated spending or “swampy” Republican leaders, or all of the above.
Consider these facts about ousted Republican congressmen Mike Garcia and John Duarte, and ask yourself if these are the kind of Republicans that build up or tear down the Republican Party. For only a liberal Republican can destroy the party from within.
As a post-mortem to these two “Republicans” losing their seats, you deserve to know that:
Mike Garcia of Santa Clarita in 2022 voted in favor of “codifying” homosexual “marriages” in federal law. (In 2009, a publication from the American Psychological Association includes an admission that there is no “gay” gene.)
In 2024, Garcia recorded several big-government, “swampy” votes by opposing dividing up “omnibus” bills by issue, supporting raising the debt ceiling to generate an estimated $4 trillion in new debt, and opposing limiting the abusive FBI’s warrant-issuing ability.
John Duarte of the Modesto area is pro-abortion, saying pre-born babies in the first three months of life should have no legal protection.
Duarte is also pro-transsexuality. In 2023, he was the only Republican to oppose an amendment that would have prohibited taxpayer-funded “sex change” surgeries and treatment in the U.S. military.
In 2023, Duarte said he’ll “stand against the ultra-conservatives.”
Duarte’s rating by the conservative Heritage Foundation is the lowest of all U.S. House Republicans.
In contrast, Republicans Michelle Steel, who “lost” her Orange County seat, and Scott Baugh, a former state assemblyman who “lost” his effort to flip a winnable Orange County Democrat seat, do not have recorded votes or public policies in favor of baby-killing, sexual perversity including transsexuality, or any other known anti-family position. These two contests are true losses for pro-family Californians.
How to avoid electing RINOs? Only support pro-family, constitutional fighters in primary elections (best to recruit them from Bible-based church congregations a year before an election). If a pro-abortion or pro-perversity RINO is on the general election ballot, letting them lose means the next two years, you’ll help expose the wicked deeds of the winning Democrat and help recruit a God-fearing conservative to run the very next election.

UPDATE Dec. 2, 2024: Pro-family Christian Republicans Leticia Castillo and Jeff Gonzalez were sworn in today after flipping Democrat Party seats. Pray that they speak in committee and on the Assembly floor for what’s right in God’s sight! Mostly-conservative Republican Steven Choi also flipped an Orange County state senate seat and was sworn in today.
Yes, there are victories to celebrate!
Of the eight bad propositions, there were four defeated: The foolish and harmful Prop. 5, Prop. 6, Prop. 32, and Prop. 33. These were stopped because majority of voters understood them (and weren’t led astray by establishment lies, as they were with Prop. 3 marriage anarchy).
The defeated bad propositions on the California ballot:
Prop. 5 would have permitted higher property taxes (attacking Prop. 13 from 1978) by lowering the “vote threshold from 66.67% to 55% for local special taxes and bond measures to fund housing projects and public infrastructure.” Targeted all property owners.More about Prop. 5
Prop. 6 would have called it “slavery” to make prisoners do work they don’t wish to do. This soft-on-crime proposition would have prohibited the Department of Corrections from disciplining (removing privileges from) convicts who refuse their work assignments. More about Prop. 6
Prop. 32 would have increased the “minimum wage” to $18/hr. for all California employees (killing even more jobs and businesses). More about Prop. 32
Prop. 33 would have permitted cities and counties to impose deceptive “rent control,” resulting in fewer rentals and higher rents, as frustrated landlords sell their rental houses and duplexes to become non-rental primary residences, and as developers lack investors to build new rentals. What’s more, in Southern California and the San Francisco Bay Area, pro-criminal district attorneys were fired. George-Soros-funded, pro-criminal district attorneys George Gascón of Los Angeles County and Pamela Price of Alameda County were booted from office.
Pro-family pick-ups: In the California State Legislature, there STILL might be two moral, pro-family Republican pick-ups in the Assembly and one Republican pick-up in the State Senate:
Steven Choi, the Republican candidate for State Senate District 37 in Orange County (while in the State Assembly, Choi voted conservative most of the time, but was not known as much of a speaker or fighter).
Bad laws passed by the Democrat-Party-controlled California Legislature and signed by Democrat-Party governors mean the longest “counting” of ballots nationwide. It’s terrible that California’s counties don’t have to report their final counts until Dec. 6 and the California Secretary of State won’t certify the election until Dec. 13.
Let this long “counting” be a reminder to us all: If you want election integrity and investigations to expose it, always vote against Democrats and RINOs, who obstruct the “one person, one vote” American foundation of representative government.
What’s more, the next Attorney General of the United States needs to conduct a tough audit of the vote-counting practices of California and other Democrat-Party-controlled states.
Because the days of blanket trust are gone, and the burden is on vote counters to provide evidence of accuracy.
You have to ask why the Democrat Party politicians and their slavish bureaucrats (big-county registrars of voters) are so opposed to voter ID with photo, so giddy about littering the state with vote-by-mail ballots, so addicted to computer-based voting, and permitting a WHOLE MONTH of “counting,” “processing,” “curing,” and more?

Do you realize the POWER of a state constitutional amendment?
If Prop. 3 passes, lawsuits can claim its eight very broad, subjective words — “The right to marry is a fundamental right” — award the constitutional right to marry whomever and whatever.
Such a lawsuit or lawsuits would result in all the marriage standards, definitions, and limits in the Family Code, the Penal Code, and other statutes being ruled “unconstitutional.”
Because when lower laws (state statutes or local government ordinances) conflict with the words in a state constitution, the constitution supersedes and eliminates all rivals.
Therefore, if you care about children and don’t want boys and girls to be groomed for underage marriages by predator adults, you’ll want to vote NO on Prop. 3.
Because, under this deceptive state constitutional amendment placed on the ballot by the anti-family California Legislature, all it takes is a state court lawsuit to eliminate parental consent for child marriages. Under Prop. 3, children will be confused, used, and abused.
Please grasp these legal facts:
Same-sex marriages are completely legal in California; therefore, Prop. 3 is unnecessary even for supporters of same-sex marriage.
What would Prop. 3 do? It would insert eight extremely broad and subjective words, “The right to marry is a fundamental right,” into the California Constitution.
Remember, a state constitutional amendment supersedes any statute (regular law) in conflict with it.
Therefore, if this proposed state constitutional amendment is approved by voters, lawsuits can be filed, claiming a constitutional “right to marry” whomever and whatever, thus superseding and rendering “unconstitutional” all the marriage standards, definitions, and limits in the Family Code, the Penal Code, and other statutes.
As a legal outcome, Prop. 3 would usher in unrestricted child marriages, incestuous marriages, polygamy (multiple spouses), bigamy (multiple marriages at the same time), and even “marriages” with animals and things (Prop. 3 does not require human spouses) – the sky’s the limit.
