You can still resist a Suicide State

Tuesday, October 6, 2015, 5:56 pm | Randy Thomasson

The godless media that doesn’t investigate corrupt government or bad bills is fawning over Jerry Brown for signing the suicide promotion bill.

They think ABX2-15 gives them the choice when to die. But the fact is, this terrible bill allows pro-suicide forces in the government, insurance companies, and hospitals to steer sick, elderly, uninformed, and confused people to “agree” to suicide because the powers that be see them as cheaper dead. The bill does not prevent this money-motivated pressure.

Since Pandora’s Box has been opened, expect this to happen in many families, including church families. Elder abuse is already a huge problem in America. Under the California bill, a legal heir is permitted to be part of the request for the suicide pill, there’s no witness at death, no requirement to self-administer the lethal drug (someone else could do it to you), forgery is functionally permitted of a final attestation form, a false cause of death must go on the death certificate, and there’s no prosecution because nothing can be called “homicide” or “elder abuse” even if the evidence says otherwise. See how this “assisted suicide” bill sets up weak and vulnerable Californians to be killed off for money?

Consider the current law’s strong deterrent against pressuring or “assisting” someone to commit suicide. One of the big reasons for this law is to prevent deceitful murders that perpetrators call mere suicides!

California Penal Code Section 401: Every person who deliberately aids, or advises, or encourages another to commit suicide, is guilty of a felony.

How will this play out? Stop and think about how the pronouncement “it’s terminal” depresses a patient. And consider that 12 million Americans are misdiagnosed ever year in our country.

And the terrible thing, under ABX2-15, a doctor can say you’re “terminal” without factoring in medical-establishment treatments to extend your life and certainly without talking about natural-medicine cures that can heal you. If you think you’re a “burden” on family, friends, and caretakers, all the better for the suicide agenda. In Oregon, 40% of those committing “assisted suicide” reported one of their top “end-of-life concerns” was that they were a “burden on family, friends/caregivers.”

And realize that this “assisted suicide” law isn’t just for people who are “dying,” but for people who are “eligible.” This includes an 18-year-old with Type 1 diabetes who is insulin dependent. Because in Oregon, a “terminal” label doesn’t take into account any treatment. How’s that for informed consent? Because of the broad eligibility under ABX2-15, “assisted suicide” can cut short the lives of people who would otherwise have years, even decades, to live.

As I’ve said, I’ll say again — concerned families should make plans now to never allow sick family members to be alone in the hospital, and to rethink whether convalescent homes and hospices are safer elsewhere, in states that don’t promote suicide, such as Nevada and Arizona.

However, what’s immediately needed is a lawsuit to strike down ABX2-15 for violating the California Constitution’s requirement that extraordinary legislative session bills stick to the subject and don’t deviate from the governor’s proclamation, which in this case, was Medi-Cal funding, and not suicide in any way, shape, or form.

For more talking points to educate people in your family, in your church, and in your local media, see SaveCalifornia.com’s Oct. 5 news release.

However, none of these men committed suicide. Solomon learned to “fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind” (Ecclesiastes 12:13). Elijah was comforted by an angel, allowed to rest, and given a new commission. Jonah received admonition and rebuke from God. Paul learned that, although the pressure he faced was beyond his ability to endure, the Lord can bear all things: “This happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, who raises the dead” (2 Corinthians 1:9).
What is the Christian view of suicide? What does the Bible say about suicide?

California GOP embraces homosexual behavior

Monday, September 21, 2015, 7:42 pm | Randy Thomasson

gay-republicans

SaveCalifornia.com provides this solely for educational purposes
and does not support or oppose candidates for public office.

Don’t expect moral values from the California Republican Party. Because the two-prong infiltration of the state party by homosexual activists is now complete.

Earlier this year, the state GOP partnered with the pro-homosexuality-bisexuality-transsexuality “Log Cabin” group, making them an official chapter of the state party. The Republican Party now officially supports homosexual activists, who advance the unnatural, unhealthy, unbiblical, tyrannical, homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda, which punishes dissent.

charlesmungerjrAnd now, at the Republican Party convention in Anaheim over the weekend, these homosexual activists have partnered with the “financial savior” of the Republican Party, the liberal billionaire Charles Munger, Jr. , to remove all opposition to sexual perversity in the state party platform.

Here’s the change to the “family” section of the platform, which I helped write more than a decade ago:

THEN: We believe public policy and education should not be exploited to present or teach homosexuality as an acceptable “alternative” lifestyle. We oppose same-sex partner benefits, child custody, and adoption.

NOW: We believe public policy and education should not be exploited to advocate or teach any social or political agenda.

Note how not only has opposition to homosexuality been removed, but now the California Republican Party will not act in any way to protect businesses or children from the homosexual agenda.

And what’s this overly-broad opposition to “any social or political agenda”? If the Republican Party opposes any “agenda” (which would include patriotism, constitutionalism, republicanism, conservatism, capitalism, etc.) then what in the world does the Republican Party stand for anymore?

Another big change in the “equal opportunity” section of the platform:

THEN: We support laws prohibiting discrimination in employment and housing based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, or religion. We oppose any special rights based on sexual or behavioral preferences.

NOW: We support laws prohibiting discrimination in employment and housing based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or religion.

So you see — “sexual orientation,” which state law defines as “heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality” — has been inserted as a behavior that the California Republican Party will now defend from border to border. And by deleting opposition to “special rights based on sexual or behavioral preferences,” the Republican Party is declaring it will not oppose the homosexual-bisexual-transsexual “rights” agenda, nor oppose any “rights” claims that are sexual- or behavior-based. Scary.

chadmayesWhat does this all mean? The California Republican Party has removed all opposition to sexual perversity, and they will no longer fight it. And some Republicans will champion homosexuality. Just ask the new Assembly Republican Leader Chad Mayes, the proud “son of a pastor…committed Christian and leader in his local church,” who this year voted to celebrate homosexuality, bisexuality, and transsexuality, as well as 14 other Republican state legislators who voted to celebrate sexual perversity). Their anti-family actions speak louder than their pro-family words, don’t they?

This is a sad season for the California Republican Party – and Republican State Assembly leadership – which has scrubbed opposition to homosexuality and transsexuality from its platform, and which gives only lip service to protecting religious freedom and children from further sexual indoctrination.

I left the Republican Party after it embraced and took on the identity of Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2003, because I knew the immoral agenda that Arnold stood for. He help “terminate” family values in California state law! As a Christian, I prefer loyalty to God’s standards over dumbing down in order to “win.” And I know that speaking the truth in love is always a success in God’s sight.

stupid-or-evilIt’s been said there’s the evil party and the stupid party. Are you seeing the difference between evil and stupid, or are you seeing stupid voluntarily becoming evil?

What to do if you’re a Republican in California? Whether you stay in or leave the Republican Party, I encourage you to become even a stronger individual voice for Truth and a stronger activist for moral values in your community. As I’ve advocated for several years, support good, individual candidates who champion all that is good and true — and never give money to the Republican Party, because you could be funding pro-perversity candidates.

16 California Republican legislators attack God and family

Wednesday, June 24, 2015, 3:19 pm | Randy Thomasson

sellout

On June 22, the Democrats brought up their annual “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride” resolutions in both houses of the California Legislature — and 16 Republicans voted for it.

Adding insult to injury, 13 of the 14 Assembly Republicans became co-authors of this perverse resolution. This includes several so-called “conservative” Republicans who call themselves “pro-family.”

This is an outright sell-out of California families and a very public partnering with evil. SaveCalifornia.com’s June 23 news release blew the whistle on these “pro-family” legislators who’ve voted against God and family.

“In California, the ‘LGBT’ agenda has done great damage to the people’s vote on marriage, children in public schools, people’s health, religious freedom, freedom of conscience, freedom of speech, and freedom of association,” I said. “The intolerant ‘LGBT’ agenda should be opposed for the sake of liberty and love. What were these Republicans thinking when they voted against families and for sexual tyranny?”

Please take immediate action and express your strong disapproval when you call these 16 California Republican state legislators who have sold out family values:

“It’s important to stress what I didn’t find … I did not prove that homosexuality is genetic, or find a genetic cause for being gay. I didn’t show that gay men are ‘born that way,’ the most common mistake people make in interpreting my work. Nor did I locate a gay center in the brain.”
