Gavin Newsom’s raw deal: No normalcy for small businesses

The new Gavin Newsom & Cal/OSHA “rule” regarding working Californians on masks and “jabs” is the worst in California and the USA. And it deserves your vigorous resistance.

In response, I call upon all reasonable and fair California employers to NOT comply with the unscientific, illogical, unconstitutional “order” that will have the effect of:

  • “Requiring” employers to pay for N95 respirator masks for “unvaccinated” employees
  • “Requiring” face masks for everyone on staff who doesn’t want be injected with the unnecessary and dangerous “Covid vaccines” (as recently as May 2020, Cal/OSHA required a medical evaluation before any employee could wear a respirator mask)
  • “Requiring” employers to keep a record of employees who say they’re “vaccinated” or not with one of the so-called “Covid vaccines”

Can you imagine the segregation, suspicion, and strife this will create? It’s the polar opposite of what most business owners and managers want.

What’s the science behind this latest “order”? Nada.

  • Based on the State of California’s own metrics of June 16, 2021, which reported a “7-day average death rate per 100K: 0.01,” you have a 1 in 10 million chance of dying from Covid infection (0.01 x 100 = 1; 100,000 x 100 = 10,000,000). This means your chances of dying from driving, walking, eating, dog bite, snake bite, lightning strike, terrorist attack, or crushed by your own TV, furniture, or appliances are all greater than dying of Covid infection.
  • N95 masks don’t prevent virus transmission unless expertly fitted and always worn properly. To be effective, these surgical masks must be expertly fitted to a wearer’s face, wearers must be professionally trained, males must shave all facial hair, and wearers must receive a brand-new N95 mask each day.
  • On May 21, a leading Johns Hopkins medical professor said America had achieved 80-85% herd immunity and needs to “get over the fear” and “get back to living”
  • The “Covid vaccines” did not go through normal safety tests. See these eye-opening facts of why reasonable people don’t want the “jab”
  • World-renowned Doctor of Internal Medicine and Board-Certified Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough has authored 40 peer-reviewed articles on Covid. In this interview, he explains why he stopped administering “Covid vaccine” shots.

Remember, neither you nor the government ever required “masks” or “jabs” for the seasonal flu, which is more dangerous than Covid, since the flu kills children and healthy adults. If the government is so wise and caring, why not mask up and socially distance all the time, forever? Do you sense how government overreach is dehumanizing us all?

What’s the logic of this? None.

  • Stop and realize that Covid has “burned itself out,” making remaining “emergency” measures unjustified
  • Do you want increased liability if employees suffer adverse reactions to one of the “Covid vaccines” and accuse you of coercing the shot?
  • Do you want to invite a retaliation complaint if you segregate, treat in a discriminatory manner, or reduce hours for an “unvaccinated” employee?

You want a productive, peaceful business operation. But Newsom’s Cal/OSHA wants to introduce segregation, suspicion, and strife, turning employees against coworkers and managers for a problem that doesn’t exist. The only things happening here is government is getting bigger, pharmaceutical companies are getting richer, and you’re losing every right you thought you had. Be neither deceived nor participate, but resist this inhuman policy now!

TAKE ACTION

How can employers avoid complying with this corrupt government theater?

This is my advice to care for you and to help you love on your employees:

  • If you’ve never had a Cal/OSHA visit or inspection, don’t do anything — no Covid requirements or restrictions on your employees, no record-keeping of “vaccinations.”
  • If you think Cal/OSHA will ask to see your “Covid vaccine” records, wait until you receive a warning for not having it. Only when you know you must show something, present all employees’ names with their “Covid vaccine” records reading “vaccinated.”
  • Tell your employees you’re not complying with these unscientific, tyrannical Cal/OSHA edicts, and you’re considering all your staff to be “vaccinated.” Or don’t impose any restrictions, don’t segregate employees between “vaccinated” and “unvaccinated,” and don’t announce or write anything to your employees about it.
  • Tell other business owners to join you in resisting and not complying. Encourage them to follow the science (unlike Newsom & Co.) and fight to get back to normal.

EMERGENCY: Urge Newsom to drop his ‘vaccine verification’ notion

Please participate in this emergency alert to protect your humanity, your health, and your life. Vigorously oppose Gavin Newsom’s plan to create a “vaccine verification” tool!

Problem 1: The possibility of experiencing an adverse reaction, including injury or death, is real for anyone being injected with the experimental biological agents misnamed “Covid vaccines.” Seeing the stark evidence of this, and learning of many other serious problems of these injected agents, provides legitimate opposition to taking the “jab.” Therefore, it is inhuman, against medical ethics, and against informed consent to force or coerce anyone to be injected with what they don’t want going into their body.

Problem 2: The threat of “vaccine verification” is real. Otherwise known as a “vaccine passport,” “vaccine verification” prevents non-vaccinated people from entering stores, entering government buildings, participation in events, and from traveling with others by plane, train, bus, taxi, and much more. “Vaccine verification” and “vaccine passports” segregate and divide people into “vaccinated” and “unvaccinated.” This is medical discrimination to the max.

Problem 3: On Friday, June 11, Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom responded to a reporter’s question, saying his administration is working on the concept of providing an electronic “vaccine verification” tool for businesses (which would segregate and inhumanly discriminate against those who have refused the “jab”). Newsom said, “We would look to help support those efforts and modernize the opportunities, and we’ll be making some announcements very shortly in that space.” Update: On Monday, June 14, Newsom told reporters: “It’s not a passport, it’s not a requirement, it’s just the ability now to have an electronic version of that paper version, so you’ll hear more about that in the next couple of days.”
Problem 4: Newsom also engaged in blatant deception, saying, “There is no mandate, no requirement, no passport,” yet noting California businesses could take the State’s invention and implement it (against innocent, conscientious people). Figuratively speaking, Newsom wants to make a bomb to give to terrorists and then deny any criminal involvement, saying he “only” made the bomb and gave it to others. This is the definition of being an accessory to a crime. Don’t let Newsom get away with this doublespeak!

Under the shadow of the recall election, Newsom has taken pains to say his plan is not a “vaccine passport,” which has negative connotations. So act now. Seize this opportunity to flood him with calls and emails!

Tell him this: Drop your plans for a “vaccine verification” tool, which is a “vaccine passport” segregating and discriminating against people who do not consent to any of the “Covid vaccines.” This passport/verification plan would also harm a sizable number of Californians, including the elderly, who do not have smart phones. “Vaccine verification” would deny many people’s basic human rights to shop, socialize, travel, and receive essential services. it would also discourage tourists from states or countries without “vaccine verification.” Please drop your bad idea, which would hurt real people!

Cal/OSHA reverses, and Newsom lied to you

Success! Calls and emails of concerned California achieved an important victory when Cal/OSHA reversed its onerous new “restrictions” upon all indoor businesses. But first, stark evidence of Gavin Newsom’s continuing abuse of Californians.

On May 12, Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom publicly promised you after June 15 in California there’ll be “No [mask] mandates and no restrictions on businesses large and small.”

Reporter: “Are we looking at masks after June 15?”
Newsom: “No, only in those settings that are indoor — only in those massively large settings, where people from around the world, not just around the country, are convening, and when people are mixing in real dense spaces. Otherwise, we’ll make guidance recommendations, but no mandates. And no mandates and no restrictions on businesses large and small.” See the video

But Newsom lied to you — again. The latest from his Department of Public Health — which serves at Newsom’s pleasure — is they want to muzzle your face in all jobs dealing with health care, public transit, K-12 government schools, and more!

As the Sacramento Bee reported this morning, “Earlier Wednesday [during a] press call, Health and Human Services Secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly outlined a few places Californians will have to wear a mask after the reopening:

• Public transit (Airplanes, buses, taxis, subways, as well as hubs such as airports and bus terminals)
• Indoors in K-12 schools and childcare settings (For now. The state is monitoring the federal guidance, Ghaly said)
• Health care
• Correctional facilities and detention centers
• Homeless shelters, including cooling centers”

What’s more, the Newsom Administration has now added “child care” to this mask mandate list. Does this sound like “no mandates and no restrictions” to you? So Gavin Newsom lied to you about June 15. Why? He prostituted himself to the “health officer” establishment, caring more about them and himself than about you and your family.

So, at this point, there are a few realities that you and I must grasp:

1. It was a victory Wednesday evening as Cal/OSHA reversed its June 3 vote that had tyrannically mandated upon virtually all indoor workers masks and distancing, also coercing tests and jabs — all the way into next year. Halting this Cal/OSHA agenda gets us closer to our goal of normalcy. The Cal/OSHA board will meet June 17 to realign its rules to more closely match the Newsom administration’s “guidelines” and schedule.
Thank you to everyone who called and emailed Gavin Newsom the last several days. You were successful in motivating him to get Cal/OSHA to reverse itself, which will help California reopen faster. In the meantime, small business owners should ignore any rules from Cal/OSHA, which is in complete disarray on enforcing Covid “restrictions.”

As Cal/OSHA admitted in its memo calling for the June 9 emergency meeting, “confusion regarding the requirements of the workplace safety standards … make both enforcement and compliance unduly difficult.” So end your slavery! The virus has burned itself out, masks and other restrictions don’t work and only harm, and Cal/OSHA is currently so confused and impotent, enforcement of any Covid-related “restrictions” is unlikely.

2. Choose slavery or freedom. If you value your basic liberties, resist any state or county or city “restrictions” whatsoever. Again, Covid has burned itself out in California, there’s widespread immunity, hospitals were never overwhelmed, there’s no legal basis for a “state of emergency,” and we never killed small businesses and human rights over the seasonal flu (which unlike Covid, kills children and young adults). Stand up for your God-given liberties and constitutional rights — don’t comply any longer with Newsom or CDPH or Cal/OSHA or the corrupt CDC. Small business owners need to declare independence!

3. Don’t wear a mask anymore. All the reputable science shows masks don’t prevent transmission of influenza or Covid and are harmful to the wearer. What’s more, masks increase the potential to spread one’s “ick” to others. As stores and other places of commerce drop their employee mask mandates, it’s important for you to show your smiling face whenever you shop. Because not only will you breathe healthy air, you’ll remind others what it is to be human. What’s more, your promotion of normalcy will help ward off “vaccine verification,” the ultimate threat to your medical freedom. Do your part to silently proclaim masks aren’t normal, but showing your face is.

In conclusion, the virus has burnt out and there never was and still is no justification for lockdowns, masks, distancing, disinfecting, tests, or jabs. As many retail employees take off their masks, we must double our efforts to attain and maintain normalcy, which is the best evidence that the experimental biological agents misnamed “Covid vaccines” are a “solution” in search of a problem that no longer exists.
