On Jerry’s desk: What the Democrats have done

Factual description of a vacuum/suction/”aspiration” abortion

What do you get with the Democrats in control of the California Legislature? Bills on Democrat Governor Jerry Brown’s desk that would:

  •     Kill more babies and harm more mothers
  •     Replace religious freedom with perversity
  •     Weaken the meaning of citizenship
  •     Give criminals more firepower than you

For example, last week, the pro-abortion Planned Parenthood group delivered petitions at the State Capitol urging Brown to let nurses kill innocent babies in the womb (AB 154) and to kill these babies in walk-in clinics, including those embedded in drug stores, in every community (AB 980).

These evil agendas are why you should tell others what the Democrats are doing, and why you should urge Jerry Brown to veto these radical bills that collide with love and logic.

More about these and other bad bills on Jerry’s desk

AB 154 allows nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurse midwives to do abortions by vacuuming apart young babies in the womb limb by limb. Vacuum abortions are also called “aspiration abortions” by the media. Abortion always kills the baby and often injures the mother both physically and emotionally. AB 154 would further lower “safety” standards of abortion, further endangering women. More about AB 154

AB 980 removes the current requirements that babies in the womb can only be killed by abortion in a medically surgical and antiseptic setting, and expands abortions to walk-in clinics, including those inside drug stores and pharmacies. Like AB 154, AB 980 means more abortions and lower “safety” standards, further endangering women. More about AB 980

AB 663 forces retirement and convalescent home caregivers to support and champion homosexual, bisexual, transsexual sex practices on their property (requires “sensitivity training” or an operator’s license will be revoked; no religious exemption for workers or owners).

AB 1024 would allow illegal aliens to practice law, same as citizens.

AB 60 would allow illegal aliens to have drivers’ licenses, same as citizens.

And there are around a dozen bills restricting guns and ammunition, giving criminals — home invaders and carjackers — more firepower than you and other law-abiding citizens.

Currently, the Democrats politicians have two-thirds control of the state Senate and nearly two-thirds control of the state Assembly — and don’t seem to have fear of losing their power. But people deserve to know what their government is doing, don’t they?

ACTION: Tell Brown to veto these bad bills

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice;
But when a wicked man rules, the people groan.

California families firmly under Democrats’ control

When bad bills pass at California’s State Capitol, the media does a big disservice when they tell you only that the “Assembly” or “Senate” or “state legislators” passed something. Such deceptive descriptions hide the fact that the majority party is passing these bills because of the majority party’s philosophy and numerical power in its legislative body.

So let’s say it like it is: Democrat legislators are in control in Sacramento. They’ve had majority control, with just a couple of years of exception, since the late 1950s. And since January of this year, the Democrats have had a supermajority — two-thirds of both houses, the Assembly and state Senate. So the bills that pass — love ’em or hate ’em — come from the hand of the Democrats. Average voters deserve to know what their voting habit is doing for them or to them.

For example, this week, SB 323, to yank state tax-exempt status from private youth organizations if they don’t have homosexual-bisexual-transsexual leaders or members, passed only with and only because 27 Democrats in the state Senate put it through, a two-thirds majority and the bare minimum needed to alter the tax codes. Honest media would have reported “Democrats pass/approve/push.” But that’s not what you see in the news. So it’s up to you to inform people you know, via email and social networking and on news sites.

What do you get with a Democrat supermajority in Sacramento? A virtual guarantee that bills harming children and families will pass the California Legislature. That’s the consequence.

Demonstrating a serious misunderstanding of human design, natural sex, religious freedom, and personal responsibility, these Democrat-authored bills are advancing in a torrid quest to replace wisdom with foolishness and moral virtues with licentiousness:

AB 154 permits nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, and physician assistants to perform suction abortions, which tortuously dismember pre-born babies in the womb (bill status)

AB 926 permits young women to be paid to have their human eggs extracted (and destroyed) for the purpose of “medical research,” which also sets the stage for future human cloning. These egg “donations” harm women’s health, can result in sterility, and denies the participants informed consent. (bill status) (“eggsploitation” explained)

AB 999 hands out condoms to homosexuals in state prisons, spreading more disease (bill status)

SB 323 punishes the Boy Scouts and other youth organizations by removing their tax-deductible, non-profit status unless they allow homosexual-bisexual-transsexual youth leaders (bill status)

AB 1266 forces K-12 public schools to permit biological boys in girls’ restrooms, showers, clubs, and on girls’ sports teams; and biological girls in boys’ restrooms, showers, clubs, and on boys’ sports teams (bill status) (existing sexual indoctrination laws)

AB 460 requires insurance policies to cover homosexual “infertility,” despite Nature’s unchangeable laws requiring a man and a woman to conceive (bill status)

AB 48 prevents families from having the same rounds of ammunition with their home-defense gun as criminals have with their guns (bill status)

This is what California’s Democrat-controlled Legislature is doing. Now you can inform others.

When you become entitled to exercise the right of voting for public officers, let it be impressed on your mind that God commands you to choose for rulers, “just men who will rule in the fear of God.” The preservation of government depends on the faithful discharge of this duty; if the citizens neglect their duty and place unprincipled men in office, the government will soon be corrupted; laws will be made, not for the public good so much as for selfish or local purposes; corrupt or incompetent men will be appointed to execute the laws; the public revenues will be squandered on unworthy men; and the rights of the citizens will be violated or disregarded. If a republican government fails to secure public prosperity and happiness, it must be because the citizens neglect the divine commands, and elect bad men to make and administer the laws.

Republican votes to force foster parents into ‘LGBT’ indoctrination

Thursday, August 30, 2012, 8:15 am | Randy Thomasson

SaveCalifornia.com provides the following solely for educational purposes
and does not support or oppose candidates for public office.

On August 28, a Ventura County Republican named Jeff Gorell partnered with every Democrat in the California State Assembly to pass AB 1856, authored by homosexual activist and Democrat assemblyman Tom Ammiano of San Francisco. See the vote.

This intolerant, perverse, and foolish bill, sponsored by homosexual-bisexual-transsexual activists, forces foster parents to support sexually harmful behavior of abused children in foster homes — by requiring foster parents to have “instruction on cultural competency and sensitivity” in complete support of any homosexual, bisexual, or cross-dressing/”sex change” behavior of children in their care. This is despite the evidence showing these behaviors are inherently unnatural and unhealthy.

As I said in our news release, “This bad bill tramples religious freedom, destroys moral sensitivities, and erases the differences between male and female in foster homes. If this burdensome bill is signed, the state will be telling prospective foster parents, ‘Don’t sign up.’”

Gorell of Ventura County was the only registered Republican to vote for AB 1856. Gorell joined all 52 Democrats in voting “yes,” along with former Republican Nathan Fletcher of San Diego, now a registered independent.

From 1993 to 1996, Gorell was an advisor, writer and deputy press secretary to pro-abortion Republican Governor Pete Wilson. And while he now represents a morally conservative district, Gorell is also in the pro-abortion camp.

This week, not only did Gorell support a terrible bill pushing perversity in foster homes, he was present but abstained on other homosexual-bisexual-transsexual bills of the Democrats:

SB 1172 prohibits parents from hiring a counselor to help their molested child overcome gender confusion: Gorell did not vote

AJR 43, a resolution calling for a U.S. homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda: Gorell did not vote

SB 1140, a religious-freedom “ruse” that paves the way for homosexual “marriages”: Gorell did not vote

Next to a sincere compliment, I think I like a well-deserved and honest rebuke.
