You’ve heard over and over from the Democrats how United States of America President Donald Trump needs to be convicted for “abuse of power” and “obstruction of Congress.”
Of course, this is without naming any federal law that he allegedly broke, and ignoring what the U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly upheld, the constitutional right of executive privilege for presidents to resist Congressional subpoenas of confidential documents.
So if the Democrat politicians say Trump must be impeached and convicted, despite not charging him with violation any specific law, what about California’s Democrat politicians, who are blatantly violating federal laws themselves? Shouldn’t they be “impeached”?
The problem is that “[c]hurches across California have been battling [California’s] onerous abortion mandate for years with no relief. The troubling situation began in 2014 when the California Department of Managed Health Care reclassified abortion as a ‘basic health service’ under the Affordable Care Act and ordered all insurance plans in the state to begin covering elective abortions immediately. Even churches are not exempt.”
The federal law that California’s Democrat rulers are openly violating is the 2005 Republican-passed Weldon Amendment, which prohibits any funding to states from the federal Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education “if such … government subjects any … [health insurance plan] … to discrimination on the basis that the health care [policy] does not provide, pay for, provide coverage of, or refer for abortions.”
See how Republicans care about your First Amendment right to obey Creator God, but Democrats don’t? The Democrat rulers of California are violating federal law by forcing numerous churches and religious organizations to cover abortion in their employee insurance policies. Should rebels against federal law (and the First Amendment) lose federal funding because they’re oppressing religious freedom by forcing people of conscience to support the killing of preborn children? Yes!
The good, right, and true solution is the Trump Administration’s January 24, 2020 letter to California. This is what made the news and triggered the California Democrats’ rebellious words. The letter’s key point is, if California doesn’t stop enforcing its pro-abortion edict against moral business owners, organizations, and churches, the Trump Administration says it can pull the plug on some or all of its $77 BILLION in annual federal funding to California. Think how this would also send a clear message to the 14 other Democrat-controlled states.
PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION
Urge President Trump to act if California Governor Gavin Newsom doesn’t comply with the letter. Because Newsom, who’s very pro-abortion, doesn’t want to submit. The day the news broke, Newsom tweeted, “Trump is threatening to take away ALL OF OUR HEALTHCARE FUNDING … yet you call yourself “pro-life” @realDonaldTrump?? You sicken me.”

At my two appointments this morning at secular businesses, I was asked the obligatory question, “How are you?” And I answered, “Thankful to Jesus, and a little sad.”
When they asked why I was sad, I held up my phone and showed them that 61 million pre-born babies have been killed in 47 years of Roe v. Wade. Then we had a little talk about it, because this shocking fact made them sad too.
These sobering statistics make me hunger for the day when Roe v. Wade is overturned. What about you? And what will life be like in America if and when this unconstitutional 1973 ruling, which permitted Americans to abort their unwanted children, is overturned?
Here are 10 likely outcomes:
1. Innocent babies will be saved. If the current tally is “2,362 abortions daily and 98 abortions per hour every hour in the United States,” I believe a post-Roe nation will decrease the baby killings by at least half, but not totally eliminate them, because of Democrat-run, pro-abortion states.
2. Creator God will be pleased with America’s repenting of the bloodguilt of legalized murder. The Old Testament explains how a land is cursed when it is full of bloodguilt. So I know God can bless America again when America repents of abortion.
3. America’s pro-life ethic will be greatly strengthened. If and when a future U.S. Supreme Court strikes down Roe, it will obviously give people more confidence to think and speak that abortion is wrong. Even pro-abortion people will have to say abortion’s against the law, which will help move the pendulum even further toward majority pro-life values.
4. As respect for innocent human life increases, murders of people outside the womb will decrease. It is simply logical for a culture that believes pre-born humans have the intrinsic right to life to believe the same for people already born. Expect murder of adults to drop when murder of babies drop.
5.The need to adopt children will skyrocket. When millions of babies are put up for adoption instead of aborted, the Church needs to step up and fulfill the command to care for orphans (James 1:27). Post-Roe, this means the average Christian family will have at least one adopted child — a new new norm to embrace for the sake of love and legacy.
6. More pastors will speak out for innocent human life and against abortion. When abortion is legally called wrong, previously-afraid pastors will begin to say it’s wrong too. If they don’t, they are more cowardly than you or I thought, since opposing abortion will immediately be easier.
7. When abortion is outlawed, the economy will improve. Under most conditions, population growth improves a nation’s economy. Numerically, population growth nearly always boosts production, while lower population tends to lessen production.
8. Planned Parenthood abortionists will lose even more government money. When Roe v. Wade is finally struck down, all federal funding of abortion and abortionists will also be dismantled, legally or legislatively or both. What a moral taxpayer victory this will be!
9. Many Democrat-controlled states will go rogue. In Democrat trifecta states (where the governor, and both houses of the state legislature, are Democrat-controlled), there will likely be rebellion and increased civil disobedience to try to keep abortion clinics open and to distribute abortion pills. There are 15 Democrat-controlled states where this could happen: California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Hawaii, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Virginia.
10. A pro-life president and Congress is more likely. Yes, pro-aborts will try to make the next presidential election all about abortion and the power of the president to nominate and the U.S. Senate to confirm federal judges. But the nationwide law would be solidly on the side of pro-life candidates, and pro-abortion Democrats will be more identified as lawbreakers. This will likely create a new pro-life political dynamic that will increase pro-life representation in both houses of Congress, and which could swing “Democrat” states, such as Nevada, New Mexico, and Virginia, back to pro-lifers. And if there’s a strongly pro-life president, he’ll enforce America’s new pro-life law in every state, including those with Democrat trifectas. He’ll also slash school funding unless government-run schools cease to teach children abortion is acceptable, or refer children for surgical or chemical abortions.

Parental rights. Most parents assume they have them.
And they do … for thousands of years … because Marriage and Family were created by God, not by government. This is why pre-constitutional parental rights have been recognized as sacrosanct since time was recorded.
Yet bad government ignores, tramples, and eliminates your God-given parental rights. So I’m saddened, but not surprised, that a Democrat-controlled California Senate committee has killed a parental rights bill on party lines, Republicans for, Democrats against.
The good bill of pro-family State Senator Mike Morrell of Rancho Cucamonga, SB 673, which was defeated January 15in Sacramento, would have prohibited sex education from being imposed on a child, whether under “health” or “HIV prevention education,” in pre-kindergarten through sixth grade, unless a parent voluntarily provides his or her written permission.
The bill would have also required school districts to make available for inspection, and translated into different languages, anything videos and handouts related to AB 329, California’s latest and most blatant sexual indoctrination law.
But the ruling Democrats, who long ago sold out to pro-abortion and pro-homosexual-transsexual agenda forces, aren’t open to reason or even local pressure. They see themselves as servants of abortionists and “LGBTQIA” groups. So they don’t mind trampling parental rights, religious freedom, or children’s innocence. Their minds are that darkened and their hearts are that hardened.
Because of the ruling Democrat’s entrenched submission to the agendas of abortion and perversity, every pro-religious freedom and pro-parental-right bill will be stopped in its tracks by the Democrat prostitutes of their evil pimps. They are bought and sold!
So what can you do? In light of AB 329 and 10 other state school sexual indoctrination laws, there are few choices for California parents with moral values:
1. You can permanently exit the government-run system, and instead, home school or church-school your children.
2. You can tell yourself that AB 329 is the sole problem (in light of 10 other sexual indoctrination laws, it isn’t), and you can try to opt-out your children from its reach.
3. A pro-family multimillionaire out there (perhaps a friend of Senator Morrell?) can fund a rock-solid parental rights state constitutional amendment to require a parental opt-in for all “sex,” “health,” and “HIV prevention” education in California state schools.
