The fantasyland of teen transsexuality

Tuesday, February 18, 2014, 2:37 pm | Randy Thomasson

boywhodressesasgirl

What are little boys made of? Forget the rhyme because every boy has inherited a Y chromosome from his father. What are little girls made of? Their father didn’t give them a Y but an X  chromosome.

Fast forward from Creation to today. In Azusa, California a boy, who dresses like a girl, has forced his way (with the help of his immoral attorneys) onto the Azusa High School girls‘ softball team. Look at the picture. This boy is obviously male, because our chromosomes absolutely determine whether one is male or female. Thus, transsexuality is a fantasy, not reality, because no one can change their gender. Listen why

To be sure, this is neither a matter of equality nor a correction of unfair discrimination, nor a constitutional right. Males and females are naturally different — physically, sexually, and emotionally. God-given, morally-correct distinctions are good, but this…well, it’s tyrannical, immoral, unnatural, unhealthy, anti-child, anti-parent, anti-education, anti-physical modesty, and the list goes on.

See how I spoke out publicly on this and see how to protetect your children and grandchildren

Walt Heyer says that no one can really change their gender. He should know, too, because he’s tried. When he was only about five years old, Heyer’s grandmother began to dress him as if he were a girl and even made a dress just for him. The result was a very confused little boy. “I look at it today as being pretty abusive. While it seemed very benign at the time, and maybe even playful, I can see today…that it was really abusive to my psyche.”

Facts about the AB 1266 referendum

Wednesday, September 11, 2013, 1:01 pm | Randy Thomasson

If you’re like me, you’re angry about the Democrats’ new law requiring transsexual school bathrooms on every public school campus.

As you know, AB 1266 — cobbled together by homosexual-bisexual-transsexual activists, the immoral teachers’ unions, and their Democrat state representatives, who control California state government — forces all K-12 government schools to permit biological boys into girls’ restrooms, showers, clubs, and sports teams, and biological girls into boys’ restrooms, showers, clubs, and sports teams.

But will a ballot referendum protect children from sexual indoctrination? SaveCalifornia.com has always tried to tell you the truth. Here are the facts:

A referendum is so weak, if one succeeds, the Legislature can repeal it the next day. And believe me, the pro-homosexuality-bisexuality-transsexuality Democrats that have iron-fisted control of both houses of the California Legislature will want to. Documentation

Even without a statewide mandate such as AB 1266, school districts can – and are – implementing transsexual bathrooms and other cross-dressing policies. Already, the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Oakland school districts have done so, with additional union-controlled districts more than likely to follow. And the Obama Administration has already pressured the Arcadia school district in L.A. county to have pro-transsexuality policies. Documentation

Repealing AB 1266 will in no way save children from terrible school sexual indoctrination. AB 1266 is only 1 of 10 school sexual indoctrination laws that already tell children in every government school that homosexuality, bisexuality, cross-dressing/”sex changes,” and heterosexual fornication are good and natural and maybe even for them. AB 1266 is just the tip of the iceberg. Documentation

It takes well over a million dollars, up front, to qualify a referendum for the California ballot. This large sum is needed to pay professional signature gatherers up and down the state, who will stand in front of stores and post offices, and rake in tens of thousands of voter signatures each week. Qualifying a referendum for the ballot requires a minimum of 750,000 raw-count signatures, not 505,000 signatures, which is just above the minimum required verified signatures.

In 2007, the same organizers of the current referendum campaign collected less than half of the raw-count signatures needed in their failed attempt to repeal SB 777, the “LGBT school programs and activities” law; in 2011, they collected just over half the raw-count signatures needed in their unsuccessful effort to repeal SB 48, the “gay history” law. Organizers got more donors and built a bigger mailing list, but average people got discouraged and nothing got on the ballot (which, if these referenda did qualify and a majority of Californians temporarily repealed SB 777 or SB 48 by voting “no” on either ballot referendum, the people’s vote still could have been easily “repealed” by the Democrat-controlled, pro-“LGBT” Legislature).

For all practical purposes, time has already run out for the AB 1266 referendum to qualify for the ballot. Consider these somber facts:

Once an objectionable bill is signed by the Governor, a referendum campaign has 90 days to collect and file 750-850,000 raw-count signatures.

Between the August 12 signing of AB 1266 and August 29, the first day that a two-signature petition was available online, there were 16 days lost, leaving 74 days total.

Of those 74 days, proponents must reserve 7 to 10 days to sort, tabulate, and turn in bundled, segmented signatures to election officials in 58 counties, leaving 64 to 67 days to gather signatures.

To collect the minimum 750,000 raw-count voter signatures in 64 days, proponents need to collect 12,000 unique signatures per day or 84,000 signatures per week for 9 straight weeks. See why you need to raise $2 million to pay professional signature gatherers to quickly spread over the state with their tables and clipboards with long-form petitions?

Where this stands today (Sept. 11) is there are no paid, professional signature gatherers for the AB 1266 referendum, and less than two months to gather 750-850,000 raw-count signatures. Like the unprofessional referendum efforts of 2007 and 2011, the AB 1266 referendum campaign is extremely unlikely to qualify for the ballot, and definitely will not protect California children from unnatural, unhealthy sexual indoctrination in K-12 government schools. I wish it were otherwise. But pro-family Californians need to realize that the very weak vehicle of a ballot referendum is simply not the way to protect moral values in California.

The onlyflyer_color_300px way to protect California children from sexual indoctrination

Since 1999, SaveCalifornia.com has been working, leading, and fighting for the moral values of parents and grandparents. For the sake of children’s innocence and God’s standards, we have opposed every sexual indoctrination law passed by the Democrat lawmakers and signed by either Gray Davis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, or Jerry Brown.

In 2008, I became the first statewide pro-family leader to publicly call upon parents to remove their children from immorality-teaching government schools. Even if the truth is unpopular, SaveCalifornia.com has tried hard to stand for the truth that protects children and benefits families.

And now, at this stage of California history, given the inherent weaknesses of California ballot referenda, and given that AB 1266 is only 1 of 10 sexual indoctrination laws mandated upon every child in California government schools, the only way to protect your child from the unnatural, unhealthy homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda is to permanently remove your boys and girls from the immoral government schools and to enter the safe havens of homeschooling and biblical church schools.

Again — the only way to protect your kids from perverse policies is to permanently exit the government schools. It’s that serious and that simple. If you want to do something to protect children from perverse sexual indoctrination, please get your kids and grandkids out of the government-run schools and please urge other parents to do the same.

Rescue your children from sexual indoctrination today

As scary as the infiltration in the public school system is, be thankful that there are still options in which to teach a child based on a parent’s preference, allowing for spiritual and emotional nourishment. Both types of schooling provide the time and environment to teach a child the very principles erased from public school curriculum, such as the Christian aspect of our American founding and the principles upon which our Constitution was created.

If you have children in government school, your ship is already sinking

Thursday, July 19, 2012, 6:02 am | Randy Thomasson

One year ago, California Governor Jerry Brown, a Democrat, signed SB 48, mandating homosexual-bisexual-transsexual role models for children in public schools. That was after a long opposition battle fought by you and SaveCalifornia.com and many others.

When this terrible bill was signed, I went on CBN News to tell parents the harsh reality of SB 48 and seven other sexual indoctrination laws being pushed on children in government schools, and what they must do.

Please take a moment to watch my important message to parents. If you do not see the player below, click here to watch this important video.

It’s up to parents now

If you’re deeply concerned about the unnatural and unhealthy, destructive, and tyrannical homosexual-bisexual-transsexual agenda sweeping through society and already entrenched in the California government school system, then you were disappointed when the SB 48 repeal campaign fell short of qualifying for the ballot for the second time, with even fewer signatures.

Unfortunately, without major donors paying upfront to professionally and quickly gather most of the signatures, no volunteer-only signature drives have qualified for the California ballot over the last few decades.

Now, it’s up to parents to either subject their children to or protect them from SB 48’s in-your-face indoctrination telling children to aspire to be like homosexuals, bisexuals, and transsexuals.

SB 48 is just the tip of the iceberg

As I said in the CBN News interview, SB 48 is just one of 8 sexual indoctrination laws in California government schools. And there are 9 more reasons to be greatly concerned about the government-run “education” — academically, morally, socially, physically, and spiritually.

Did you know that the idea of the government teaching YOUR children came from some pretty wicked people, including an anti-God socialist named John Dewey?

Dewey, one of the “fathers of modern public education” and signer of the 1930 Human Manifesto, wrote:

“I believe that…[public] education is the fundamental method of social progress and reform…this conception has due regard for…socialistic ideals.”

Dewey also said:

“There is no God and there is no soul. …There is no room for fixed… or moral absolutes.”

Time to wake up

If you don’t think public schools can harm your child, may I be straight-forward? It’s time to wake up.

The vision of John Dewey is beyond realized, not only in California government schools, but across the nation. While there are certainly some good-hearted teachers loving children in public schools, we must remember that the government and its immoral, imploding, dysfunctional values are in charge. The system and the system’s mandates are the ultimate authority.

So now what?

If you have children or grandchildren who are under the influence of government-run schools for several hours each weekday, they will be hit with SB 48. First, through “supplemental materials” (i.e., handouts, homosexual biographies, classroom discussions, essays and other homework, special assemblies and outside speakers, videos, dramas, etc.); later new textbooks will come out.

According to SB 48, children from kindergarten through 12th grade, in all “instruction in social sciences,” must admire “the role and contributions of…lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans.” There is no parental opt-in or opt-out.

And underneath this cap of the iceberg your family ship is plowing into are seven other homosexual-bisexual-transsexual laws – plus many other threats guaranteed in public schools.

How did this come to be? The Democrat politicians, who have firm control of the California State Legislature, have been very busy over the last several years. Along with a few liberal Republicans named Arnold Schwarzenegger, Abel Maldonado, and Nathan Fletcher, they’ve approved a slew of bad laws that instruct children to support homosexual behavior, bisexual behavior, transsexual behavior, and any other “consensual” sexual behavior, and telling kids to even consider these lifestyles for themselves. These same laws prohibit the negative health consequences of these lifestyles to be mentioned.

Yes, you can protect your child

In this week’s scant news coverage of the second failure of the repeal movement, reporter Bob Unruh of WND.com got the news for families right. He uses SaveCalifornia.com’s data to explain that SB 48 is only the tip of the iceberg, and emphasizes that parents who don’t want their children sexually indoctrinated need to exit the government system, which is what we’ve been calling for since 2008. It’s for this very reason we created our special website, RescueYourChild.com.

Here’s part of the WND.com report:

Randy Thomasson, president of SaveCalifornia.com, a leading California-based family issues policy center, said the war is not lost, however.

He issued a statement that it would be a good idea for “even more parents and grandparents” to take action to protect their vulnerable children by removing them from the “state government school system.”

He noted that SB 48 requires children from kindergarten through 12th grade, “in all ‘instruction in social sciences,’ admire ‘the role and contributions of … lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans.’”

“Parents and grandparents who don’t want their children and grandchildren sexually indoctrinated with unnatural and unhealthy ‘lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender’ role models must decide now to exit the immoral, imploding, dysfunctional government school system and place their children in church schools or home schools,” Thomasson said.

“This is no time to be indecisive, since you only have one chance with your child’s education. Because of SB 48 and … other homosexual-bisexual-transsexual indoctrination laws, California K-12 government schools have become radical sexual indoctrination agencies,” he added.

The great difficulty of ballot initiatives

I am energized by hope, but I don’t believe in false hope, which ultimately depresses and debilitates people. Getting children out of the government-controlled schools and into the Promised Land of church schools and home schools is the only solution. You cannot rely on ballot measures to protect your child from immorality or to train your child up in righteousness.

The sad reality is the 446,000 raw-count signatures collected by volunteers, which was reported by the Stop SB 48 campaign, would have — at an average 70% validity rate — yielded 312,220 valid signatures, far short of the 504,760 valid signatures needed to qualify for the ballot.

As we said in our July 17 news release, California initiative experts cannot remember any ballot measure in recent decades that has qualified with signatures primarily gathered by volunteers. The Stop SB 48 committee’s second failure to qualify for the ballot demonstrates the necessity of typically raising at least $1 million from major donors to get started on a professional signature-gathering campaign — as well as analyzing, developing consensus on, and vetting effective, rock-solid ballot language.

All this must be done prior to submitting ballot language to the Attorney General for official title and summary, which is then followed by 150 days that are permitted to attempt to gather sufficient signatures to qualify a statutory initiative or constitutional amendment for the California ballot. A constitutional amendment on this issue and other child-protection issues is required to trump the liberal California Supreme Court.
