The attack upon California fathers and mothers just reached a whole new level.
As expected, on May 29, the Democrat Party state senators TRAMPLED parental rights — again. When the nearly-two-hour hearing was over, 4 Democrats had voted yes to pass the anti-parent AB 1955 in the State Senate Education Committee (before the committee adjourned for the day, all 5 Democrats voted yes to keep a child’s sexual confusion secret from the child’s parents).
Thank you to everyone standing on the side of parental RIGHTS. For, while the opponents of parental RIGHTS claim to support parental INVOLVEMENT, they spend a lot of time subverting God-given parental rights below a so-called child’s “right” to “privacy.”
AB 1955 would ban K-12 government school districts from telling parents their child is acting out “gay,” “bi,” or “trans” at school.
Targeting school districts with a pro-family majority (such as in Chino Hills, Temecula, and Lakeside), AB 1955 purposefully keeps parents in the dark about what the pro-“LGBTQIA+” government school system is doing to their child.
This bill and 13 sexual indoctrination laws already on the books demonstrate the reality of evil. Because the “LGBTQIA+” agenda attacks these incontrovertible facts:

A great moral victory! SB 1196 giving killer drugs to MENTALLY or PHYSICALLY DISABLED — or to anybody with one of any of the thousands of INCURABLE diseases who rejects treatment and wants to die — has been shelved by its author, Democrat Party State Senator Catherine Blakespear of San Diego and Orange counties.
“Politico” broke the story April 17: “At this point, there is a reluctance from many around me to take up this discussion, and the future is unclear,” Blakespear said in a statement. “The topic, however, remains of great interest to me and to those who have supported this bill thus far.” Her bill would have expanded the state’s current End Of Life Options Act to allow patients without a specific prognosis to request life-ending drugs if they are suffering from a “grievous and irremediable medical condition.” Current law in California and all other states says patients can only request these drugs when they have six months left to live.
Washington Post, 2016: “We generally say: Several thousand diseases affect humans of which only about 500 have any U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved treatment,” said Cindy McConnell, a spokeswoman at NIH’s National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS).
SaveCalifornia.com, 2024: Under SB 1196, if you’re 18, and have an “incurable” illness or disease of any kind (including an incurable sexually-transmitted infection) that limits your “capability” to any extent, and you say you’re “suffering,” and feel that life is “intolerable,” and claim that continued treatment is not “acceptable” to you, and declare you’re not “willing to attempt” other treatments, you get to either swallow a lethal dose of drugs or be injected with the lethal drugs with the “assistance” of “a health care provider placing an intravenous catheter…into the qualified individual’s vein.”

How was this very dangerous “expansion” of “assisted suicide” defeated? The main reason is the pro-assisted suicide organization, “Compassion & Choices,” opposed getting rid of their (the State of California’s since 2016) “terminal” prognosis of having “less than six months to live” standard — and they let the Democrat committee members know it.
However, unlike this pro-euthanasia group, SaveCalifornia.com rallied phone calls in opposition to SB 1196 because we know:
Euthanasia, “the administration of a lethal agent…to a patient,” is murder
It is inhuman to “permit” elderly or disabled people to dehydrate to death
The Word of God consistently commands the protection of innocent human life

Laphonza Butler, a top strategist on the Kamala Harris for President team, in 2019
Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom has announced his appointment to replace the late Dianne Feinstein. And even worse than Feinstein, Laphonza Butler brazenly embraces Newsom’s and Kamala Harris’ immoral agenda:
She’s a leading abortion activist: Butler is currently the head of Emily’s List, a wealthy, Democrat-run pro-abortion political group (Source), which opposes all baby killing restrictions, such as banning abortions when a pre-born baby’s heartbeat is confirmed. (Source)
She’s an “out” lesbian “married” to another woman:Butler and her “wife” are both “LGBTQIA+” activists. In 2020, Butler joined Airbnb as its director of public policy and campaigns , turning it hard against property owners with moral values (Source). Demonstrating she believes all the “LGBTQIA+” lies, Butler wrote last year, “And these are yet again, the same politicians who also don’t believe in science, who are attacking trans-youth and erasing the history of our country by banning books.” (Source)
She’s a former union boss who led revolts against small business owners and coerced millions in ‘dues’: “Butler served as president of Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 2015, the nation’s largest home care and nursing home workers union.” (Source) As the Freedom Foundation observed in 2018, “SEIU 2015 deducts a staggering 3 percent of the caregivers’ meager paychecks, which comes to more than $500 per year for many…When a caregiver tries to opt out of union membership, they are sent a 500-word form letter rejecting their request. The letter rambles on about the benefits of union membership and buries instructions on how to “properly” opt out during the annual 15-day escape period.” (Source)
She’s a racist: Butler was on the board of BlackPAC, which defines itself as “an independent, Black-led organization that uses the power of year-round political engagement and elections to change our economic, justice, and political systems…We’re holding our public officials accountable to a policy agenda that defends our rights, promotes dignity, and ends white supremacy.” (Source)
And she doesn’t even live California: “But according to a filing with the Federal Election Commission from September 2023, Butler doesn’t live in California, nor anywhere close to the state. Instead, it appears she lives in Silver Spring, Maryland, a Washington, DC suburb. Using the address listed in the FEC filing, it’s possible to find Butler’s voter registration in Maryland, which is as recent as September 2022 and classifies the Silver Spring address as her “residential” location.” (Source)
