The January 13 rulings on “Covid vaccine mandates” by the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) won’t directly help Californians, but might indirectly provide some relief.
There’s no direct relief, since the high court’s 6-3 ruling only blocked the federal OSHA “mandate” of “the jab or your job,” which had threatened, nationwide, some 10 million employees of companies with 100 or more employees.
Because this ruling only told Biden & Co. what it can’t do — not what any state or local government can’t do — the unscientific, unconstitutional tyranny of Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom will continue unabated, for now, oppressing California government employees, health care workers, schoolteachers, and threatening schoolchildren too.
However, the decision against Biden & Co.’s OSHA “jab or job” mandate could indirectly provide relief for some Californians who work for large companies, and by example, mid-sized and small businesses.
Because business owners and managers can decide to “go with” SCOTUS as their higher standard (above Biden & Co., above Dr. Fauci, above the CDC). Since there is currently no “jab or job” mandate from Newsom & Co. upon private businesses, with the exception of health care workers, SCOTUS striking down Biden’s OSHA mandate might “free up” large businesses in California, or those with a California presence, to avoid becoming their own employees’ “vaccine police.” It’s time to stand for truth — no pro-science, pro-health, pro-people business will impose a “Covid vaccine mandate”!
Now, to protect conscientious Californians from Newsom & Co.’s anti-people, injurious “mandates” of “the jab or your job,” we desperately need SCOTUS to rule in favor of medical freedom, or religious freedom, or both.
If and when SCOTUS takes and hears one or more of these cases, and if the court majority rules states must offer religious exemptions to vaccines, or that religious exemptions to vaccines are a right of every American adult, this would supersede, defeat, and overcome every state, city, county, school district, or corporate denial of religious-right declarations of employees and contractors. Such a heroic, constitutional ruling would also run interference against “vaccine passports,” because religious exemptions would have to be permitted everywhere.
And SCOTUS would be “supreme” over California’s Democrat rulers, just like its 2020 ruling affirming the First Amendment right of religious congregations to meet in person.

Nearly two months after being discovered in South Africa, the “Omicron variant of Covid” hasn’t verifiably killed anyone, since the symptoms are like a common cold or less.
You need to know the deaths Big Media is claiming aren’t confirmed deaths “from” Omicron, but are only a small number of deaths “with” or “linked to” it. Big difference.
United Kingdom (reported Dec. 18): Despite reporting “7 Omicron deaths,” the best detail is these deaths are “related to the Omicron variant” — meaning deaths “with,” not “from” it.
Texas (reported Dec. 21 by honest independent journalist Dan Cohen; listen to audio): Despite widespread reports of the “first Omicron death in the U.S.”, a Harris County Public Health Department official admitted, “We can’t confirm the patient died of COVID, but we can say that he was omicron positive at the time of his death.”
Germany (reported Dec. 23): Despite reporting its “first death from Omicron variant,” the sparse detail is the patient was aged 60 to 79, with the patient’s sex unknown, the specific infection unconfirmed, and only the unreliable PCR test used. A reporter concluded, “This patient died while suspected to have Omicron.”
Australia (reported Dec. 27): The one man who reportedly died “from Omicron” actually died “with,” not “from” it; has only been “linked to the Omicron variant”; and was “a man in his 80s with underlying health conditions” at “an aged care facility.”
Israel (reported Dec. 28): Despite the headline claiming a first death “from Omicron,” the story itself demonstrates this is false. The dead person was “an 84-year-old woman who was infected with the variant, though the cause of death has not yet been established. The woman had been fully vaccinated, including with a booster.”
And with the Democrat-run State of California combining “with” and “from” for anything possibly labeled a “Covid death,” the scariest thing they can report (as of Dec. 26) is 0.02 deaths per 100,000 infections — which means you currently have a 1 in 5 million chance of dying from anything that’s labeled “Covid,” rightly or wrongly. This also means you have a much higher chance of dying from walking, eating, drinking, bicycling, and driving a car. So why be deathly afraid of the latest “Covid variant?”
Here’s what we should fear. An eye-opening article from Ventura County reveals how the “jab or your job” tyranny is destroying basic hospital services: “The Conejo Guardian has now published a follow-up article with a couple of nurses, including one vaccinated nurse who has received two doses of the experimental shots but says he will NOT get any of the boosters, and that he and his wife have decided to leave the State of California once their child reaches school age, as they do not believe children should be injected with these shots. These nurses have come forward to report the rise in unexplained heart problems, strokes and blood clotting in local vaccinated patient populations. They also say doctors refuse to consider that these could be adverse reactions to Covid shots. These nurses also report that conditions in the hospitals right now are so bad that they are in “survival mode,” as there are not enough staff to handle the influx of these vaccine-injured patients, and they are thrusting new nurses into these situations with very little training, making the situation even worse. So while many of the ethical nurses and hospital staff who refused to get injected with the bioweapon shots have now been fired or have quit, it appears that vaccinated nurses and staff that remain are starting to wake up also, and many of them may soon be leaving the medical system as well as they do not want to get never-ending booster injections and work in these over-crowded workplaces where they can clearly see that the majority of the patients are suffering from the side effects of the shots.”
This continuing Covid non-emergency is why more voices want a return to normalcy. What a pleasant surprise to see this Dec. 29 story on Yahoo Finance, which complains “vaccine passports and masking policies that have done little, if anything, to tame skyrocketing [case] numbers.”
Correct, the “Covid restrictions” have not prevented infections, but have absolutely hurt many people’s lives and livelihoods. Because the science demonstrates lockdowns, masks, and coerced vaccines do not prevent transmission of Covid (or the flu). Which is why SaveCalifornia.com and all reasonable people must persevere in our war to end medical tyranny, both now and in 2022.

Good news! The December 15 mask mandate of Gavin Newsom is falling flat. People want their facial freedom after 1.75 years of unscientific oppression by unconstitutional Democrat politicians and bureaucrats, along with prostituting “Republican” county supervisors.
On our SaveCalifornia.com social media pages (primarily Facebook and Instagram), we’ve asked people to report in. And it appears that most California businesses – outside of the 10 tyrannical Democrat-controlled counties that have imposed their own mask mandates — are NOT requiring customers to wear masks, even if their door signs say so.
Stop and realize these door signs are the business owner’s sign of submission to tyrannical, unscientific, anti-people government and to the aggressive, lie-based “Karens” out there, not a sign to you.
What people tell us is encouraging. Because most business owners and managers are showing they no longer believe in mask mandates. Especially since there’s no new government enforcement.
And despite Costco’s own statewide mask mandate, health-conscious Californians tell us they still walk in maskless and successfully shop. All you have to do is say “no thank you,” or something else (or say nothing) when walking in and the door monitor says you need a mask. Apparently, no Costco employee stops shoppers who do this and confidently walk forward!
Molly told us, “My husband went to Costco and Target and they both said he needed a mask and he told both stores nope, I’m not wearing one & walked past them. They didn’t enforce it on him.”
“JWest” wrote in about his Costco experience, saying, “If you take a mask at the door and then take it off nobody says anything while you shop.”
Jessica reported in, saying, “Also Costco Carlsbad hands you a mask at the door if you don’t have one. After entering, I didn’t wear it and shopped without receiving any comments.”
And Jaremy told us: “Costco tried tonight. We said no three times, then asked to speak to a manager. Be polite but firm. Let them witness lions after herding the sheep. The manager was good and told us we could shop maskless. Told us to say we have a medical exemption next time to avoid any issues, but that shouldn’t be necessary. Stand firm Californians.”
So please, stop wearing these useless masks, even where signs are posted. Ignore them and just bravely walk in. We must be bold to turn this around. Because, like me, are you done with this lie-based near-slavery? California is not a “hospital,” and we must get these useless signs of submission off our faces. Just remember the choice is yours.
So we must keep sharing with as many people as possible the facts, evidence, and logic Big Government, Big Pharma, Big Medicine, Big Media, and Big Tech won’t. This is a matter of life, health, truth, and love!
